Simulation Analysis of Influencing Factors Assessment for Emergency Materials Supply Chain Resilience Based on System Dynamics

open access: yesSafety Science and Technology, EarlyView.
By integrating game theory‐based combined weighting with a system dynamics model, this study systematically reveals the dominant role of agility and adaptability in the resilience of post‐disaster emergency material supply chains. ABSTRACT In light of the intricate dynamics and uncertain risk parameters inherent in the emergency materials supply chains,

Stresses in Above‐Ground Storage Tanks Subjected to Flood‐Borne Debris Impact

open access: yesSafety Science and Technology, EarlyView.
This study investigates the stresses induced in above‐ground storage tanks by flood‐borne debris, specifically steel pipes and wood poles. Findings demonstrate that debris impacts across the examined velocity range generate stresses within safe limits, not exceeding the yield stress threshold.
