Magnetic Structure in Fe/Sm-Co Exchange Spring Bilayers with Intermixed Interfaces
The depth profile of the intrinsic magnetic properties in an Fe/Sm-Co bilayer fabricated under nearly optimal spring-magnet conditions was determined by complementary studies of polarized neutron reflectometry and micromagnetic simulations. We found that

Hippo pathway at the crossroads of stemness and therapeutic resistance in breast cancer
Dysregulation of the Hippo pathway drives nuclear accumulation of YAP/TAZ, activating stemness‐related transcriptional programs that sustain breast cancer stemness and fuel therapeutic resistance across subtypes, underscoring Hippo signaling as a targetable vulnerability. Figure created and edited with BioRender.com.

Indonesia consists of various regions separated by the Strait and the sea, both the outer islands and the outlying and less developed regions (3T). This contributed to difficulties in the distribution of development efforts, due to the distance that must

Unification in models with replicated gauge groups
We examine unification of gauge couplings in four dimensional renormalizable gauge theories inspired by the latticized (deconstructed) SM or MSSM in five dimensions.

We analyze cisplatin–DNA adducts (CDAs) and double‐strand breaks (DSBs) in a cell‐cycle‐dependent manner. We find that CDAs form similarly across all cell cycle phases. DSBs arise only in S‐phase. CDAs might not directly impair DSB repair, but S‐phase DSB lesions evolve in the presence of CDAs and disrupt repair in G2, also causing radiosensitization ...

Secondary metabolism of the forest pathogen Dothistroma septosporum : a thesis presented in the partial fulfilment of the requirements for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Genetics at Massey University, Manawatu, New Zealand [PDF]
Dothistroma septosporum is a fungus causing the disease Dothistroma needle blight (DNB) on more than 80 pine species in 76 countries, and causes serious economic losses. A secondary metabolite (SM) dothistromin, produced by D. septosporum, is a virulence

CIN85 is highly expressed in osteosarcoma, particularly in metastatic lesions. Its overexpression increases cell migration and Matrigel invasion, while silencing CIN85 suppresses these behaviors. Transcriptome analysis shows that CIN85 regulates MMP2, COL3A1, and Akt/mTOR signaling. Targeting these pathways reverses CIN85‐induced motility, highlighting

Head-Steered Channel Selection for Hearing Aid Applications Using Remote Microphones
In a hearing aid setting, it is challenging to identify the target talker in the presence of multiple competing talkers. To solve it, we propose a channel selection method for hearing aid applications using remote microphones.

Absorption Spectrophotometric Characterization of Sm(II), Sm(III), and Sm(II/III) Bromides and Sm(III) Oxybromide in the Solid State [PDF]
Absorption spectra obtained from SmBr3, SmBr2, and SmOBr were used in identifying the samarium species in several mixed-valence Sm(II/III) compounds produced by H2 reduction of SmBr3. The nature of the absorption of SmOBr made it possible to detect even traces of SmOBr in the Sm bromides.

The Higgs properties in the MSSM after the LHC Run-2
We scrutinize the parameter space of the SM-like Higgs boson in the minimal supersymmetric standard model (MSSM) under current experimental constraints.
