Low‐dose aspirin is no longer routinely recommended for the primary prevention of cardiovascular disease in older adults due to a lack of net benefit over bleeding risk. We hypothesized that genetic subgroups may experience differential harm or benefit from aspirin therapy.

ABSTRACT Background Primary pulmonary mesenchymal neoplasms with EWSR1::CREM fusion are rare. These lesions are challenging to diagnose by morphology and immunohistochemistry alone. Case A 66‐year‐old woman (ex‐smoker) was found to have a 1.3‐cm right lower lobe lung nodule that had grown very slowly over a 9‐year period.

Monitoring Injected Drug Use in Greece Through Syringe Residue Analysis: A Multicity Study Within the ESCAPE Network

A total of 2121 used syringes were analyzed in Athens, Thessaloniki, and Patras between 2022 and 2024. Distinct drug‐use patterns were observed across the three cities. Benzodiazepines, pregabalin, methadone, and fentanyl were increasingly detected in 2024.
