Abstract Natural dyes are compounds that occur naturally in several organisms and are classified based on chemical structure and application method. The literature cites several natural dyes used in industrial transformation processes. Annatto dye is used in the food industry, and its biological pigment is extracted from the annatto seed. However, this

Mechanism of ITGB2 in Osteoclast Differentiation in Osteoarthritis
In osteoclast precursors, higher ITGB1 than ITGB2 expression increases ITGA2‐ITGB1 integrin. In OA, extracellular signals upregulate ITGB2 and downregulate ITGB1, enhancing ITGA2‐ITGB2 integrin. This activates Rac1 to Rac‐GTP, driving osteoclast differentiation. Hyperactive subchondral osteoclasts accelerate OA progression.

This paper demonstrates how choices on temporal and spatial modeling scales affect our understanding of species adaptation to changing environments, using tiger conservation in Nepal's Bardia National Park as a case study. We provide four novel recommendations for scale‐aware ecological modeling under global change: explicit documentation of scale ...
