Transparent thin film transistors of polycrystalline SnO2−x and epitaxial SnO2−x
We report on transparent thin film field effect transistors (TFTs) based on polycrystalline SnO2−x and epitaxial SnO2−x. Polycrystalline SnO2−x TFTs of the top and the bottom gate geometries exhibited high mobility values of 145.7 cm2/V s and 160.0 cm2/V

This study elucidates the phase transition pathway of surface‐engineered perovskite films. During spin‐coating, n = 1 2D perovskite dominantly forms, while subsequent annealing drives OA+ release and induces conversion to higher n‐value 2D phases.

Synthesis and Gas Sensing Properties of Single La-Doped SnO2 Nanobelts
Single crystal SnO2 nanobelts (SnO2 NBs) and La-SnO2 nanobelts (La-SnO2 NBs) were synthesized by thermal evaporation. Both a single SnO2 NB sensor and a single La-SnO2 NB sensor were developed and their sensing properties were investigated.

SnO2–Bi2O3 and SnO2–Sb2O3 gas sensors obtained by soft chemical method
Abstract In this work, SnO2–Bi2O3 and SnO2–Sb2O3 nanoparticles were obtained by using polymeric precursor method. Powders were characterized using X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and differential thermal analysis and thermogravimetric analysis (DTA/TGA).

We develop a magnesium‐doping strategy to delicately modulate the alkaline substrate‐induced reactions, ensuring high‐quality CsPbI3 perovskite emissive layers with substantially improved stability. The resultant deep‐red LEDs demonstrate a high peak external quantum efficiency of 23.62% and an exceptional half‐lifetime stability of 376 h at 20 mA cm−2,
