Electric-Field-Induced Phase Transformation and Frequency-Dependent Behavior of Bismuth Sodium Titanate–Barium Titanate [PDF]
The electric field response of the lead-free solid solution (1−x)Bi0.53Na0.47TiO3–xBaTiO3 (BNT–BT) in the higher BT composition range with x = 0.12 was investigated using in situ synchrotron X-ray powder diffraction. An introduced Bi-excess non-stoichiometry caused an extended morphotropic phase boundary, leading to an unexpected fully reversible ...

Electromechanical properties of sodium bismuth titanate thin films
Lead-free piezoelectric sodium bismuth titanate (BNT) films are promising candidates for actuators applications as an alternative to lead zirconate titanate films. We focused in this work on the growth and characteristics of BNT films deposited by sputtering on silicon substrates with LaNiO3 electrodes.

Structure and dielectric properties of bismuth sodium titanate ceramic prepared by auto-combustion technique [PDF]
(Bi0.5 Na0.5 )TiO3 ceramic was prepared by dry auto-combustion method using urea as a fuel. It was shown that the phase composition of the synthesized powder depends on the amount of urea.

Effect of bismuth titanate on the properties of potassium sodium niobate-based ceramics
The effect of modifying the properties of KNN-based ceramics with Bi2Ti2O7 (BiT) been investigated in this work. The density measurements show that additions of BiT to the samples slightly increase the density values.

Structure and dielectric properties of NBT-xBT-ST lead-free ceramics for energy storage [PDF]
(0.74−x)(Na0.5Bi0.5)TiO3-xBaTiO3-0.26SrTiO3 (x=0∼0.1) (abbreviated as NBT-xBT-ST) lead-free ceramics were fabricated by a solid-state reaction method. The effect of Ba doping amount x on the structure and energy storage properties of NBT-xBT-ST ceramics ...

Investigation of Ga Doping for Non-stoichiometric Sodium Bismuth Titanate Ceramics [PDF]
Abstract The electrical performance of Ga3+ doping Na0.5Bi0.5TiO3-based oxygen ion conductor was studied. The Na0.52Bi0.47Ti1−xGaxO3−δ (x = 0, 0.01, 0.015, 0.02) samples were fabricated by the means of traditional solid-state reaction. The results of AC impedance measurement show that the bulk conductivity of Na0.52Bi0.47Ti1−xGaxO3−δ samples ...
