Electromechanical properties of sodium bismuth titanate thin films
Lead-free piezoelectric sodium bismuth titanate (BNT) films are promising candidates for actuators applications as an alternative to lead zirconate titanate films. We focused in this work on the growth and characteristics of BNT films deposited by sputtering on silicon substrates with LaNiO3 electrodes.

Structural and electrical properties of bismuth sodium titanate ceramic
Single-phase lead-free Bi0.5Na0.5TiO3 (BNT) perovskite ferroelectric ceramic was produced using a solid-state reaction method. A detailed investigation of the structural and electrical properties of BNT ceramic is conferred. According to phase analysis employing Rietveld refined X-Ray diffraction, the crystal structure is single phase with rhombohedral

Effect of bismuth titanate on the properties of potassium sodium niobate-based ceramics
The effect of modifying the properties of KNN-based ceramics with Bi2Ti2O7 (BiT) been investigated in this work. The density measurements show that additions of BiT to the samples slightly increase the density values.
