Dizajniranje, sinteza, kinetika hidrolize i farmakodinamski profili konjugata aceklofenaka s histidinom i alaninom [PDF]

open access: yes, 2010
The gastrointestinal toxicity associated with aceclofenac can be reduced by condensing its carboxylic acid group with methyl esters of amino acids like histidine and alanine to give amide linkage by the Schotten-Baumann method.

Betulin Protects Against Cardiac Hypertrophy by Improving AMPK/Nrf2‐Dependent Mitochondrial Function

open access: yesPhytotherapy Research, Volume 40, Issue 5, Page 2878-2894, May 2026.
Betulin effectively mitigates pressure overload‐induced cardiac hypertrophy in both Ang II‐infused and TAC‐operated mice. Mechanistically, betulin activated AMPK phosphorylation, promoted Nrf2 nuclear translocation, and upregulated antioxidant genes (HO‐1 and NQO‐1), thereby restoring mitochondrial function in cardiomyocytes.

Performance Analysis of Helical Ribbon Impeller in Production of Red Pigment By Monascus Purpureus Ftc 5391 [PDF]

open access: yes, 2009
Agitation in stirred tank bioreactors require a great deal of attention as damage to microorganisms limit the extent of impeller speed or power input, which in effect will disturb the actual mass transfer capability and productivity of a bioreactor. A

Critical role of the mast cell/tryptase/PAR2 axis in anastrozole‐induced pain

open access: yesBritish Journal of Pharmacology, Volume 183, Issue 9, Page 2009-2027, May 2026.
Abstract Background and Purpose Anastrozole, an aromatase inhibitor, is used to treat postmenopausal women with hormone receptor‐positive breast cancer, but also induces musculoskeletal pain and can lead to therapeutic regimen suspension. Aromatase inhibitors promote the release of pro‐inflammatory substances from sensitised nerve fibres, which might ...
