Recent Advances of In Situ Anticancer Nanomedicine from Enzyme‐Instructed Self‐Assembly

open access: yesChemNanoMat, EarlyView.
This review summarizes advances in enzymatic self‐assemblies for generating in situ anticancer nanomedicine over the past five years. It highlights the unique features of enzyme substrates for in situ anticancer nanomedicine by discussing the representative examples.

Cooling climate across last interglacial high stands on San Salvador and Great Inagua, The Bahamas

open access: yesThe Depositional Record, EarlyView.
Temperature data comparison with last interglacial mollusc clumped isotope data from this study, as well as from Bermuda (Minnebo et al., 2024; Zhang et al., 2021). The ‘later’ and ‘earlier’ ages within MIS 5e refer to Reef II and Reef I, respectively, for Bahamas data.

Prolonged Detection of GHB Intake in Urine: Are We Finally There?

open access: yesDrug Testing and Analysis, EarlyView.
In a randomised placebo‐controlled trial with 30 volunteers, urinary LC‐MS/MS analysis demonstrated that a tentative GHB‐pentose conjugate remained elevated in urine up to 72 h post‐administration. This biomarker showed clear distinction from placebo and may offer extended detection compared to GHB itself, representing a significant step forward in ...

Dapagliflozin alleviates high‐fat‐induced obesity cardiomyopathy by inhibiting ferroptosis

open access: yesESC Heart Failure, Volume 12, Issue 2, Page 1358-1373, April 2025.
Abstract Aim: Dapagliflozin (Dapa) is a novel hypoglycaemic agent with multiple cardiovascular protective effects, and it is widely used in treatment of heart failure patients, but whether it can improve obese phenotype of heart failure and its mechanism is still unclear.
