On Soft Error Reliability of Virtualization Infrastructure
Hardware errors are no longer exceptions in modern cloud data centers. Although virtualization provides software failure isolation among different virtual machines (VM), the virtualization infrastructure including the hypervisor and privileged VMs remains vulnerable to hardware errors.

Optoelectronic synaptic devices based on solution‐processed molecular telluride GST‐225 phase‐change inks are demonstrated for three‐factor learning. A global optical signal broadcast through a silicon waveguide induces non‐volatile conductance updates exclusively in locally electrically flagged memristors.

Dispensing Volumetric Additive Manufacturing
Dispensing volumetric additive manufacturing (DVAM) prints 3D structures inside a photocurable resin droplet suspended from the tip of a glass pipette, enabling sequential printing without resin vats or manual part removal. Real‐time droplet profiling and ray‐tracing‐based correction compensate for optical distortion at the curved resin‐air interface ...

Soft error immunity of subthreshold SRAM [PDF]
This paper discusses soft error immunity of subthreshold SRAM presenting neutron- and alpha-induced soft error rates (SER) in 65-nm 10T SRAM over a wide range of supply voltages from 1.0 to 0.3 V. The results show that the neutron-induced SER at 0.3 V is 7.8 times as high as that at 1.0 V.

Detecting Silent Data Corruptions in Aerospace-Based Computing Using Program Invariants
Soft error caused by single event upset has been a severe challenge to aerospace-based computing. Silent data corruption (SDC) is one of the results incurred by soft error. SDC occurs when a program generates erroneous output with no indications.

Ultrasmall Platinum Nanoparticles for Radiation‐Enhanced Cancer Therapy
This work proposes a nanomedicine‐based strategy to enhance X‐ray radiotherapy for cancer treatment. Ultrasmall Pt‐NPs exhibit catalase‐like activity that may contribute to modulation of the tumor microenvironment and amplify interactions between radiation and biological matter, leading to increased DNA damage.
