On Soft bc-Open Sets in Soft Topological Spaces
In this paper, we offer and study a novel type generalized soft-open sets in topological spaces, named soft Ƅc-open sets. Relationships of this set with other types of generalized soft-open sets are discussed, definitions of soft Ƅ , soft bc- closure and soft bc- interior are introduced, and its properties are investigated.

Anchorage‐independent and faster growth in clonal population from UV‐irradiated NER‐deficient cells
UV‐irradiated cells expressing a DDB2 mutant protein unable to interact with PCNA (DDB2PCNA‐) form clones able to grow without anchorage. Different experimental approaches reveal heterogeneity in cell cycle regulation and drug response within these clones, emphasizing the crucial role of the DDB2‐PCNA interaction in preventing cellular transformation ...

Single‐molecule DNA flow‐stretch assays for high‐throughput DNA–protein interaction studies
We describe an optimised single‐molecule DNA flow‐stretch assay that visualises DNA–protein interactions in real time. Linear DNA fragments are tethered to a surface and stretched by buffer flow for fluorescence imaging. Using λ and φX174 DNA, this protocol enhances reproducibility and accessibility, providing a versatile approach for studying diverse ...

SOFT Λβ-CLOSED SETS IN SOFT TOPOLOGICAL SPACES
− In this paper, we introduce the notions of soft β-kernel of soft sets, S∧β-closed sets andS∧β-open sets in soft topological spaces. The concept of S∧β-sets, as a generalization to the classof soft β-open sets, is defined.

Early‐life exposure to a high‐fat diet altered intact Achilles tendons in rat offspring, making them thinner, stiffer, and molecularly distinct even without injury. These findings suggest that developmental high‐fat diet exposure may impair tendon quality and increase susceptibility to mechanical overload or tendon injury later in life.

CHARACTERIZATION OF b-OPEN SOFT SETS IN SOFT TOPOLOGICAL SPACES
− In this paper, a new class of open soft sets in a soft topological space, called b-open softsets, is introduced and studied. Moreover, the relations this class and these different types of subsetsof soft topological spaces, which introduced in [9], is ...

In this study, we propose a new generalized fuzzy soft open set, namely the fuzzy soft \(\gamma\)-open set. Notably, the newly defined fuzzy soft \(\gamma\)-open set is a special type of fuzzy soft-pre-open set. Additionally, a diagram (Fig.

Real‐World Performance of CSF Kappa Free Light Chains in the 2024 McDonald Criteria
ABSTRACT Objective Kappa free light chains (KFLCs) in the cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) have a similar performance to CSF‐restricted oligoclonal bands (OCB) for multiple sclerosis (MS) diagnosis. To help with implementation, we set out to resolve several remaining uncertainties: (1) performance in a real‐world cohort and the 2024 McDonald criteria; (2 ...

Objective We aimed to validate the Pediatric Arthritis Ultrasound Scoring System (PAUSS) for upper extremity joints in children with juvenile idiopathic arthritis (JIA). Methods Children with JIA were evaluated for elbow, wrist, or finger arthritis by clinical examination (CE) and musculoskeletal ultrasound (MSUS) with images scored according to the ...
