On NS s(I) Semi Open Sets [PDF]

open access: yes, 2023
In this paper we define Nano soft(NS) s(I) semi open(SO) sets and NS s(I) semi closed(SC) sets in nano soft ideal topological space. Further in nano soft ideal topological space, we define NS s(I) semiinteriorand NS s(I) semi-closure. Additionally, we go

Single‐molecule DNA flow‐stretch assays for high‐throughput DNA–protein interaction studies

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
We describe an optimised single‐molecule DNA flow‐stretch assay that visualises DNA–protein interactions in real time. Linear DNA fragments are tethered to a surface and stretched by buffer flow for fluorescence imaging. Using λ and φX174 DNA, this protocol enhances reproducibility and accessibility, providing a versatile approach for studying diverse ...

The skills required for transition to university and study in biological sciences: A student perspective

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
Bioscience students were asked for their opinions on the value and teaching of skills. 204 responded that teamwork, time management and study skills are necessary to reach University, that scientific writing, research, laboratory and presentation skills are taught effectively during their studies, while other skills are gained inherently through study ...

c-Continuity, c-Compact and c-Separation Axioms via Soft Sets [PDF]

open access: yesNeutrosophic Sets and Systems
This paper focuses on the concept of S c-open sets as a generalization of classical c-open sets in topology. The reason behind introducing S c-open sets is to overcome the limitations of traditional open sets in handling uncertainty and vagueness ...

Early‐life high‐fat diet exposure increases Achilles tendon stiffness and induces transcriptomic alterations

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
Early‐life exposure to a high‐fat diet altered intact Achilles tendons in rat offspring, making them thinner, stiffer, and molecularly distinct even without injury. These findings suggest that developmental high‐fat diet exposure may impair tendon quality and increase susceptibility to mechanical overload or tendon injury later in life.

Molecular characterization of covRS mutations in M1UK Streptococcus pyogenes

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
Group A Streptococcus (GAS) acquires covRS mutations driving a hypervirulent bacterial state, frequently associated with invasive disease‐like necrotizing fasciitis. We demonstrate that the newly emerged M1UK GAS lineage can also acquire these mutations.

ON SOFT b-I-OPEN SETS WITH RESPECT TO SOFT IDEAL

open access: yesJournal of New Theory, 2015
Abstaract−The aim of this work is to present and learning a novel set of soft I-open sets, namel soft b-open sets and acquire some of their features. Then debated the relations among soft semi-I- open sets, soft pre-I-open sets, soft β − I-open sets and ...

Soft Topological Space in Virtue of Semi* Open Sets

open access: yesUniversal Journal of Mathematics and Applications, 2020
The ultimate purpose of this research article is to originate and examine some new kind of open sets in soft topological spaces such as soft semi* - open and soft semi* - closed sets using generalized closure operator with illustrating counter examples.

Early Clinical, Imaging, and Pathological Characteristics of SRPK3/TTN‐Digenic Myopathy

open access: yesAnnals of Clinical and Translational Neurology, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Objective SRPK3/TTN‐digenic myopathy was recently established as a skeletal muscle myopathy caused by digenic inheritance. This study characterizes the early clinical presentation of SRPK3/TTN‐digenic myopathy in one previously reported and seven newly identified pediatric patients.
