Soft sets and soft rings

open access: yesComputers & Mathematics with Applications, 2010
AbstractMolodtsov (1999) introduced the concept of soft sets in [1]. Then, Maji et al. (2003) defined some operations on soft sets in [2]. Aktaş and Çaǧman (2007) defined the notion of soft groups in [3]. Finally, soft semirings are defined by Feng et al. (2008) in [5]. In this paper, we have introduced initial concepts of soft rings.

Standard Neutrosophic Soft Theory: Some First Results [PDF]

open access: yesNeutrosophic Sets and Systems, 2016
The traditional soft set is a mapping from a parameter set to family of all crisp subsets of a universe. Molodtsov introduced the soft set as a generalized tool for modelling complex systems involving uncertain or not clearly defined objects.

Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy for Pediatric, Adolescent, and Young Adult Patients With Osteosarcoma: Local Control Outcomes With Dosimetric Analysis

open access: yesPediatric Blood &Cancer, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Background/Objectives Osteosarcoma is a radioresistant tumor that may benefit from stereotactic body radiation therapy (SBRT) for locoregional control in metastatic/recurrent disease. We report institutional practice patterns, outcomes, toxicity, and failures in osteosarcoma patients treated with SBRT.

Some Results on Soft Topological Notions

open access: yesJournal of New Results in Science, 2021
Recently, the generalizations of soft open sets have become a popular subject. These generalizations define based on the concepts of the soft interior and soft closure.

ON THE STUDY OF CHAINS SOFT SETS, SOFT ORDERED SETS AND SOFT SEMILATTICES

open access: yesFUDMA JOURNAL OF SCIENCES, 2022
In this paper, we study the concept of chains soft sets and set-valued function of chains soft sets. The definitions of chains soft sets or linear order or total order soft set are given. The notions of binary relation of comparability of the elements of set-valued functions are also discussed.

Lifestyle Behaviors and Cardiotoxic Treatment Risks in Adult Childhood Cancer Survivors

open access: yesPediatric Blood &Cancer, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Background Higher doses of anthracyclines and heart‐relevant radiotherapy increase cardiovascular disease (CVD) risk. This study assessed CVD and CVD risk factors among adult childhood cancer survivors (CCSs) across cardiotoxic treatment risk groups and examined associations between lifestyle behaviors and treatment risks.

Prognostic Impact of Treatment Modalities, Including Targeted Compartmental Radio‐Immunotherapy, in a Cohort of Neuroblastoma Patients With CNS Metastases at Relapse

open access: yesPediatric Blood &Cancer, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Introduction Neuroblastoma (NB) with central nervous system (CNS) metastases is rare at diagnosis, but occurs more often during relapse/progression. Patients with CNS metastases face a dismal prognosis, with no standardized curative treatment available.

Interval-valued intuitionistic quadripartitioned neutrosophic soft sets with T, F, C, and U as dependent neutrosophic components and their application in decision-making problem

open access: yesJournal of New Results in Science, 2022
Molodtsov introduced a soft set (SS) to model uncertainty parametrically, and Chaterjee et al. proposed the notion of quadripartitioned neutrosophic set (QNS) by dividing indeterminacy into two independent components, namely contradiction (C) and unknown

Patient‐Level Barriers and Facilitators to Inpatient Physical Therapy in Adolescents and Young Adults With a Hematological Malignancy: A Qualitative Study

open access: yesPediatric Blood &Cancer, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Background Despite their increased risk for functional impairment resulting from cancer and its treatments, few adolescents and young adults (AYAs) with a hematological malignancy receive the recommended or therapeutic dose of exercise per week during inpatient hospitalizations.
