Pharmacologic ascorbate (vitamin C) increases ROS, disrupts cellular metabolism, and induces DNA damage in CRPC cells. These effects sensitize tumors to PARP inhibition, producing synergistic growth suppression with olaparib in vitro and significantly delayed tumor progression in vivo. Pyruvate rescue confirms ROS‐dependent activity.

Feature Selection Using Golden Jackal Optimization for Software Fault Prediction
A program’s bug, fault, or mistake that results in unintended results is known as a software defect or fault. Software flaws are programming errors due to mistakes in the requirements, architecture, or source code. Finding and fixing bugs as soon as they

Some conservative stopping rules for the operational testing of safety-critical software [PDF]
Operational testing, which aims to generate sequences of test cases with the same statistical properties as those that would be experienced in real operational use, can be used to obtain quantitative measures of the reliability of software.

Therapeutic strategies for MMAE‐resistant bladder cancer through DPP4 inhibition
We established monomethyl auristatin E (MMAE)‐resistant bladder cancer (BC) cell lines by exposure to progressively increasing concentrations of MMAE in vitro. RNA sequencing showed DPP4 expression was increased in MMAE‐resistant BC cells. Both si‐DPP4 and the DPP4 inhibitor sitagliptin suppressed the viability of MMAE‐resistant BC cells.

Data quality: Some comments on the NASA software defect datasets [PDF]
Background-Self-evidently empirical analyses rely upon the quality of their data. Likewise, replications rely upon accurate reporting and using the same rather than similar versions of datasets.

Research on Software Fault Feature Data Extraction Method for Software Fault Prediction Technology
The correlation between software failure characteristics and software failure directly determines the predictive performance of the failure prediction model. The extraction of software fault features is crucial for building equipment software fault prediction models, and is an important process to ensure accurate prediction. However, the software fault
