Ixazomib inhibits proteasome‐mediated degradation of topoisomerase I induced by irinotecan, thereby restoring drug sensitivity and promoting tumor cell death in colorectal cancer. Irinotecan, a topoisomerase I (topoI) inhibitor, is widely used for colorectal cancer, but resistance remains a major clinical challenge.

An Empirical investigation into metrics for object-oriented software
Object-Oriented methods have increased in popularity over the last decade, and are now the norm for software development in many application areas. Many claims were made for the superiority of object-oriented methods over more traditional methods, and ...

SOFTWARE MAINTAINABILITY MEASUREMENT: A TASK COMPLEXITY PERSPECTIVE
Software maintainability is one of the most crucial quality attributes of a software product. Software engineering researchers and practitioners have devoted considerable effort to developing “good design” methods, rules and principles to improve ...

A urine‐based digital PCR assay targeting two hotspot TERT promoter variants detected bladder cancer with high sensitivity and no false positives in this case–control cohort. The streamlined AbsoluteQ workflow outperformed Sanger sequencing and supports non‐invasive molecular testing for bladder cancer detection.

Software Documentation Guidelines For Maintainability
Software maintenance is the final stage in the software engineering process; and can also be the longest and most costly. The ability of, and ease in which software upkeep and change is performed is an important software quality attribute called ...

The impact of maintainability on component-based software systems
There is a great deal of inconsistency and vagueness in the treatment of and terminology involved with software maintainability. This is exacerbated by the fact that there are a number of different dimensions of maintainability, each requiring specific ...

Survivability Prediction of Open Source Software with Polynomial Regression
In modern software development, OSS (Open Source Software) has become a crucial element. However, if OSS have few contributors and are lacking in maintenance activities, such as bug fixes, are used, it can lead to significant costs and resource ...

Combining osimertinib with the STING agonist ADU‐S100 activates innate and adaptive immunity to overcome the non‐inflamed microenvironment of Egfr‐mutant lung cancer. This combination increases NK and CD8+ T‐cell infiltration, associated with activation of the STING‐IRF3 pathway and local immunogenic cell death.

Software Requirements Risk and Maintainability
In order to continue to make progress in software measurement, as it pertains to reliability and maintainability, there must be a shift in emphasis from design and code metrics to metrics that characterize the risk of making requirements changes.

Loss of IGF‐1R impairs DNA‐PKcs recruitment to chromatin leading to defective end‐joining
IGF‐1R promotes radioresistance by facilitating DNA‐PKcs recruitment to chromatin, enabling non‐homologous end‐joining (NHEJ) repair of double‐strand breaks. Inhibition or loss of IGF‐1R disrupts this recruitment to damage sites, driving compensatory reliance on microhomology‐mediated end‐joining (MMEJ) repair.
