Measuring Software Quality in Use: State-of-the-Art and Research Challenges [PDF]
Software quality in use comprises quality from the user's perspective. It has gained its importance in e-government applications, mobile-based applications, embedded systems, and even business process development. User's decisions on software acquisitions are often ad hoc or based on preference due to difficulty in quantitatively measuring software ...

A measurement based software quality framework [PDF]
In this report we propose a solution to problem of the dependency on the experience of the software project quality assurance personnel by providing a transparent, objective and measurement based quality framework. The framework helps the quality assurance experts making objective and comparable decisions in software projects by defining and assessing ...

Dissimilarity Space Based Multi-Source Cross-Project Defect Prediction
Software defect prediction is an important means to guarantee software quality. Because there are no sufficient historical data within a project to train the classifier, cross-project defect prediction (CPDP) has been recognized as a fundamental approach.
