Cation–Anion Synergy Enables Uniform and Stable SAMs for High‐Efficiency Perovskite/TOPCon Tandem Solar Cells

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A cation‐anion synergistic strategy is developed to enhance self‐assembled monolayer (SAM) adsorption using guanidinium thiocyanate (GuaSCN). Guanidinium (Gua⁺) suppresses micelle aggregation, while thiocyanate (SCN−) promotes phosphonic acid deprotonation and strengthens ionic bonding to the substrate.

Investigation on the Predictive Potentiality of Photospheric Magnetic Parameters for Distinguishing Confined from Eruptive Solar Flares

open access: yesThe Astrophysical Journal
A question often arises as to why some solar flares are confined in the lower corona while others, termed eruptive flares, are associated with coronal mass ejections.
