Shellac, a centuries‐old natural resin, is reimagined as a green material for flexible electronics. When combined with silver nanowires, shellac films deliver transparency, conductivity, and stability against humidity. These results position shellac as a sustainable alternative to synthetic polymers for transparent conductors in next‐generation ...

Role of Intrinsic Electron Trapping in Negative Charging of Amorphous Alumina
Intrinsic electron trapping in amorphous Al2O3 is examined using hybrid‐DFT models spanning a wide density range. Both spontaneous and thermally activated trapping are identified, with pronounced spontaneous localization in dense, partly crystallized structures.

Spatial Organization of Seven Extreme Solar Energetic Particle Events [PDF]
Emission of relativistic protons and helium responsible for extreme solar particle events (ground level enhancements (GLEs)) is often structured. We investigate its organization depending on the eruption stage characterized by the heliocentric height of ...

X‐Functionality–Driven Photocatalytic Hydrogen Evolution in 2D 4‐X‐PEA2SnI4 Perovskites
We report a water‐based synthesis of 2D 4‐X‐PEA2SnI4 perovskite microcrystals with prominent photocatalytic (PC) activity for H2 production. The synergy between organic functionalization and HI‐derived iodide scavenges holes suppress octahedral distortion, and favor electron accumulation, enabling a PC H2 evolution ∼20 µmol·g−1 and long‐term stability ...

Dropout is a low-energy particle phenomenon in which the particle intensity drops sharply and then rises rapidly during an impulsive or gradual solar energetic particle (SEP) event. We investigated dropouts in gradual SEP events during solar cycle 23, in

Solvent vapor annealing enables kinetic control of additive‐free morphology in organic solar cells. Selective plasticization of acceptor forms an optimal fibrillar network, boosting efficiency to 19.06% (binary) and 19.75% (ternary), with ultrafast exciton dissociation and reduced recombination.

Solar Eruptive Phenomena Associated with Solar Energetic Electron Spectral Types
The energy spectral shape of solar energetic electron events carries important information on the energetic electron source/acceleration at the Sun. We investigate the association of six newly identified solar energetic electron spectral types with solar
