Dynamics of the level of total electron content disturbance at high and middle latitudes according to GPS data

open access: yesSolar-Terrestrial Physics, 2016
We study the level of total electron content (TEC) disturbance in ionospheric mid-latitude and high-latitude regions, which occurred during 2013. TEC behavior is calculated using data from two GPS stations: MOND (Mondy) and NRIL (Norilsk). TEC variations

Dual‐Function Interface Engineering for δ‐Phase‐Free Crystallization Toward Efficient and Stable FAPbI3 Perovskite Solar Cells

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
This work presents a dual‐function interface engineering strategy using PEACl to suppress the formation of the non‐perovskite δ‐FAPbI3 phase at the critical SnO2 buried interface. This approach enables the direct crystallization of the photoactive α‐phase, yielding highly efficient and stable rigid (25.6%) and flexible perovskite solar cells with ...

Device Physics of Dye Solar Cells [PDF]

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, 2010
AbstractDesign of new materials for nanostructured dye solar cells (DSC) requires understanding the link between the material properties and cell efficiency. This paper gives an overview of the fundamental and practical aspects of the modeling and characterization of DSCs, and integrates the knowledge into a user‐friendly DSC device model.

Long-lived meteor trails

open access: yesSolar-Terrestrial Physics, 2019
The paper presents data on long-lived (~20–40 min) meteor trails. We describe a group of soliton-type meteor trails expanding at transonic speeds. Radio sounding data evidences that the latter include ~7–8 min ionization trails.
