Magnetic soft robots offer promise in biomedicine due to their wireless actuation and rapid response, but current fabrication methods are complex and have limited cellular compatibility. A new, contactless bioassembly strategy using hydrodynamic instabilities is introduced, enabling customizable, centimeter‐scale robots.

A Soft Robotic Jellyfish with Decoupled Actuators for Agile 3D Locomotion
This study presents a soft robotic jellyfish featuring a functionally decoupled actuation architecture. By separating propulsion, steering, and vertical regulation into independent modules, the robot overcomes conventional coupled‐motion limitations. Utilizing a passive‐valve‐based differential drag strategy and lateral water jets, it achieves agile 3D

Compact Tubular Dielectric Elastomer Pump for Indoor Plants
This study develops a mountable rolled dielectric elastomer pump (MRDEP) using silicone films and MWCNT‐based electrodes. The MRDEP is completely soft, silent in operation, and easily mounted on a piping system. We use dry stacking methods, fabricate a multilayer dielectric elastomer actuator (DEA), and a pre‐straining process in one direction before ...

Electron cloud observations and cures in the Relativistic Heavy Ion Collider
Since 2001, the Relativistic Heavy Ion Collider has experienced electron cloud effects, some of which have limited the beam intensity. These include dynamic pressure rises (including pressure instabilities), tune shifts, a reduction of the instability ...

A sustainable alternative to steam cracking, the molten‐salt‐mediated oxidative dehydrogenation (MM‐ODH) of ethane (C2H6) in Li2CO3‐Na2CO3‐K2CO3 (LNK) couples thermal cracking with melt‐mediated CO2 capture to realize commercially competitive C2H4 and CO yields. LNK composition strongly influences MM‐ODH process outcomes.
