Development of Radiation-Tolerant HTS Magnet for Muon Production Solenoid
Superconducting magnets are widely used in accelerator science applications. Muon production solenoids are applications that have recently attracted considerable public attention, after the approval of muon-related physics projects such as coherent muon ...

Bent solenoids can transmit charged particle beams while providing momentum dispersion. While less familiar than quadrupole and dipole systems, bent solenoids can produce superficially simple transport lines and large acceptance spectrometers for use at ...

If the magnetic resonance coupling-based wireless power transmission system has multiple receivers, cross-coupling will occur between the transmitter and the receiver, resulting in the variation of transmission characteristics when compared with the case

Conjugacy of Dynamical Systems on Self-Similar Groups
We show that the limits for dynamical systems of self-similar groups are eventually conjugate if, and only if, there is an isomorphism between their Deaconu groupoid preserving cocycles.

Kramers Weyl semimetals as quantum solenoids and their applications in spin-orbit torque devices
Kramers Weyl semimetals are Weyl semimetals that have Weyl points pinned at the time reversal invariant momenta. Recently it has been discovered that all chiral crystals host Weyl points at time reversal invariant momenta, so metals with chiral lattice ...

The heat kernel for two Aharonov–Bohm solenoids in a uniform magnetic field [PDF]
A non-relativistic quantum model is considered with a point particle carrying a charge e and moving in the plane pierced by two infinitesimally thin Aharonov–Bohm solenoids and subjected to a perpendicular uniform magnetic field of magnitude B .

Graphical Interface for Visually Impaired People Based on Bi-stable Solenoids [PDF]
In this paper a concept for hardware realization of graphic tactile display for visually impaired peoples is presented. For realization of tactile actuators bi-stable, solenoids and PIC based control board are used.

A noncommutative solenoid is the C*-algebra $C^\ast(\Q_N^2,σ)$ where $\Q_N$ is the group of the $N$-adic rationals twisted and $σ$ is a multiplier of $\Q_N^2$. In this paper, we use techniques from noncommutative topology to classify these C*-algebras up to *-isomorphism in terms of the multipliers of $\Q_N^2$.

The external magnetic field created by the superposition of identical parallel finite solenoids [PDF]
We use superposition and numerical methods to show that the external magnetic field generated by parallel identical solenoids can be nearly uniform and substantial, even when the solenoids have lengths that are large compared to their radii.

Given the impact on the environment as well as financial considerations like the gradually rising cost of liquid fossil fuels, maintenance, and other costs, electric vehicles are becoming a more and more appealing option to vehicles with combustion engines. Due to the fact that these cars are well renowned for having zero emissions and being fueled by
