Correlation-driven transport asymmetries through coupled spins in a tunnel junction
Spin-spin correlation is fundamental to many material properties but challenging to measure in nanomagnetic systems. Muenkset al. show that correlations between a localized spin and the electrons of its hosting bath can be quantified when coupled to ...

Polarimetry with Spins in the Solid State
The ability for optically active media to rotate the polarization of light is the basis of polarimetry, an illustrious technique responsible for many breakthroughs in fields as varied as astronomy, medicine and material science. Here, we recast the primary mechanism for spin readout in semiconductor-based quantum computers, Pauli spin-blockade (PSB ...

INORGANIC OXIDE SOLID-STATE ELECTROCHROMIC DEVICES
In this work, all-solid-state electrochromic devices are studied. The devices are multilayer systems, in which all layers are metallic oxides grown by r.f. sputtering. Two materials were investigated as the anodic coloring layer (NiOx and CoOx).

Liquid biopsy‐based diagnostic evaluation of hypermethylated CpG sites for ovarian cancer diagnosis
This schematic outlines the workflow from biomarker identification to duplex MethyLight assay validation for epithelial ovarian cancer diagnosis using cfDNA‐based liquid biopsy. Initial screening of hypermethylated CpG candidates (cg02957270, cg10061138 cg00480298, COL2A1) was performed in tissue using ARMS‐PCR, COBRA, qPCR and image analysis. Selected

Loss of proton‐sensing TDAG8 increases tumor progression in mouse models of colon cancer
Loss of the pH‐sensing receptor TDAG8 accelerates colorectal cancer progression in mice. Animals lacking TDAG8 expression had increased tumor growth, DNA damage, and recruitment of tumor‐associated immune cells, including macrophages, neutrophils, and monocytes.

Solid-state NMR studies of inclusion compounds [PDF]
The work contained within this thesis is a study of inclusion compounds using solid-state NMR. Such compounds typically exhibit static and/or dynamic disorder, which precludes the use of diffraction-based techniques to obtain detailed structural ...

Single‐cell multi‐omics reveals epigenetic heterogeneity across therapy‐adaptive tumor states, including quiescent/dormant, drug‐tolerant persister, and EMT‐like phenotypes. By linking regulatory features with state‐associated biomarkers, these approaches inform biomarker‐guided therapeutic strategies for evolving tumors.
