Sputtering Mechanism of an Unsintered Organic–Inorganic Sputtering Target for Perovskite Solar Cells

open access: yesAdvanced Energy Materials, EarlyView.
An unsintered MAPbI3 sputtering target fabricated via a mechanochemical route enables large‐area vacuum deposition of perovskite absorber layers, while revealing an ion–photon coupled decomposition mechanism that governs target erosion and film composition under RF plasma exposure.

Nanostructured Deep Eutectic Systems in Healthcare: From Bioactive Solvents to Intelligent Biointerfaces, Wearables, and AI‐Driven Design

open access: yesAdvanced NanoBiomed Research, EarlyView.
Beyond the green solvent paradigm, this review redefines Deep Eutectic Systems (DES) as programmable supramolecular nanoassemblies. We survey their biomedical convergence: stabilizing thermolabile mRNA to enable cold chain‐free logistics, reshaping transdermal microneedle delivery, enabling long‐term wearables via eutectogels, and utilizing Generative ...

Revealing the mechanism of uranium anti hydrogen embrittlement modification: Segregation law and strengthening effect of metal solute doped grain boundaries

open access: yesMaterials & Design
Hydrogen embrittlement at grain boundaries (GBs) critically compromises the performance of uranium-based nuclear fuels. Designing solute-doped alloys offers a promising route to mitigate this degradation by tailoring GB properties.

Atomistic Simulation Study of Grain Boundary Segregation and Grain Boundary Migration in Ni-Cr Alloys

open access: yesMetals
Using Molecular Dynamics (MD) and Monte Carlo (MC) simulations, we studied the grain boundary (GB) segregation under different temperatures and Cr concentrations in Ni-Cr alloys with two distinct grain-boundary structures, i.e., Σ5(310)[010] and Σ101(200)
