BOUNDEDLY SOLVABLE EXTENSIONS OF DELAY DIFFERENTIAL OPERATORS

open access: yes, 2017
We describe all boundedly solvable extensions of minimal operators generated by first-order linear delay differential operators in Hilbert spaces of vector-functions on finite intervals. Also, we study the structure of spectrum of these extensions. To do

On a solvable difference equations system

open access: yesFilomat
In this paper, we study three dimensional system of difference equations. Firstly, we examine the solutions of the mentioned system depending on whether the parameters are equal to zero or non-zero. In addition, the solutions of this system are obtained in closed form.

CCDC80 suppresses high‐grade serous ovarian cancer migration via negative regulation of B7‐H3

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
PAX8 is a lineage‐specific master regulator of transcription in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSC) progression. We show for the first time that PAX8 facilitates proliferation and metastasis by repressing the cell autonomous tumor suppressor CCDC80 and inducing B7‐H3 expression.

On Novel Design Methods of Fixed-Time State Observation and Consensus Control for Linear Leader–Follower Multiagent System

open access: yesComplexity
In this paper, the fixed-time consensus problem for leader–follower multiagent systems with directed graphs is discussed. First, a new fixed-time state observer of the multiagent system is designed.

Cell‐cycle‐specific lesion evolution rather than inhibition of double‐strand‐break repair underpins cisplatin radiosensitization

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
We analyze cisplatin–DNA adducts (CDAs) and double‐strand breaks (DSBs) in a cell‐cycle‐dependent manner. We find that CDAs form similarly across all cell cycle phases. DSBs arise only in S‐phase. CDAs might not directly impair DSB repair, but S‐phase DSB lesions evolve in the presence of CDAs and disrupt repair in G2, also causing radiosensitization ...

Exactly Solvable Inhomogeneous Fermion Systems

open access: yesProgress of Theoretical and Experimental Physics
Abstract 15 exactly solvable inhomogeneous (spinless) fermion systems on 1D lattices are constructed explicitly based on the discrete orthogonal polynomials of the Askey scheme, e.g. Krawtchouk, Hahn, Racah, Meixner, and q-Racah polynomials.

Adaptor protein CIN85 potentiates the motility of osteosarcoma cells via the Akt/mTOR and MMP2‐COL3A1 axis

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
CIN85 is highly expressed in osteosarcoma, particularly in metastatic lesions. Its overexpression increases cell migration and Matrigel invasion, while silencing CIN85 suppresses these behaviors. Transcriptome analysis shows that CIN85 regulates MMP2, COL3A1, and Akt/mTOR signaling. Targeting these pathways reverses CIN85‐induced motility, highlighting

Two-dimensional product-type systems of difference equations of delay-type (2,2,1,2)

open access: yesElectronic Journal of Differential Equations, 2017
We prove that the following class of systems of difference equations is solvable in closed form: $$ z_{n+1}=\alpha z_{n-1}^aw_n^b,\quad w_{n+1}=\beta w_{n-1}^cz_{n-1}^d,\quad n\in\mathbb{N}_0, $$ where $a, b, c, d\in\mathbb{Z}$, $\alpha, \beta, z_{

Interaction of HS1BP3 with cortactin modulates TKS5 localisation, cell secretion and cancer malignancy

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Here, we demonstrate that HS1BP3 interacts with Cortactin through a proline‐rich region (PRR3.1) and show that this interaction, and HS1BP3 itself, promote cancer cell proliferation and invasion. Inhibition of this interaction leads to build‐up of TKS5 in multivesicular endosomes and altered secretion of CD63 and CD9, providing an explanation for the ...

Interpreting the effects of DNA polymerase variants at the structural level

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Using MAVISp and molecular dynamics simulations, we analyzed over 60 000 missense variants in POLE and POLD1 from ClinVar, COSMIC, cBioPortal, and saturation mutagenesis. Identified mechanistic indicators, including stability, binding, and long‐range, enable structural interpretation, providing ACMG‐like evidence for possible reclassification of VUS ...
