We extended the oil compatibility model to the dissolution of asphaltenes (Asps) in maltenes from 10 crude oils (COs). As scales for the power of solvents of interest, vide infra, we used solvatochromic parameters, calculated from the UV–vis spectra of ...

Graphite nanofluids were stabilized using a mixed SDS/Tween 80 surfactant system. The optimized formulation exhibited enhanced colloidal stability, red‐shifted UV–Vis absorption, and improved photothermal conversion under solar irradiation. Achieving stable dispersion of graphite flakes (GFs) in aqueous media remains a critical challenge in developing ...

Integrating carbonyl lock onto multi‐resonant organoboron emitters is found to go beyond conventional bridge unit. It can not only suppress the molecular relaxation as conventional bridge, but also substantially affect electronic engineering via carbonyl integration, activating multiple up‐conversion channels, thus leading to an accelerated spin‐flip ...

Abstract BACKGROUND Curcumin is a naturally derived polyphenol known for its potent biological properties. Its therapeutic potential, however, is hindered by low bioavailability. Nanostructured lipid carriers (NLCs) have emerged as advanced delivery systems to overcome such limitations. Natural deep eutectic solvents (NADESs) have garnered attention as

Solvatochromic Behavior of Donor−Acceptor-Polyenes: Dimethylamino-cyano-diphenylbutadiene
4-(Dimethylamino)-4‘-cyano-1,4-diphenylbutadiene (DCB) and 4-(dimethylamino)-2,6-dimethyl-4‘-cyano-1,4-diphenylbutadiene (DMDCB) have been characterized spectroscopically. Quantum chemical calculations were performed for comparison. Solvatochromic shifts

Nile Red‐loaded poly(solketal acrylate) nanoparticles enable fluorescence tracking and exhibit nontoxic profiles in retinal cells. Enhanced cellular uptake and deep retinal penetration after intravitreal injection highlight their excellent potential for targeted ocular drug delivery to the posterior segment of the eye.

Cationic lipopeptides self‐assemble into stable, cell‐like vesicles that merge peptide programmability with lipid self‐organization. These biocompatible compartments efficiently sequester and deliver nucleic acids, enabling high transfection efficiency with low‐toxicity in both HEK293T cells and mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs).
