Advanced Science, Volume 12, Issue 14, April 10, 2025.In this study, the improvement effect of AMP on obesity can be attributed to the conversion of extracellular AMP to ADO through ADORA2A activation by CD73, which can promote lipolysis by reducing DNA methylation level and enhancing HSL gene transcription.
