Dual‐Targeting Cuproptosis and Mitophagy via a Flavopiridol‐Copper Nanoplatform Potentiates Immunotherapy Against Uveal Melanoma

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study develops a GSH‐responsive nanoplatform, NP@Fla‐Cu, to co‐activate cuproptosis and excessive mitophagy in uveal melanoma. The nanoplatform enhances tumor‐specific copper delivery, depletes antioxidant defenses, and remodels the tumor immune microenvironment.

Firm-level technology transfer and technology cooperation for wind energy between Europe, China and India: From North–South to South–North cooperation? [PDF]

open access: yes, 2015
For several decades the leading wind energy nations were European, while China and India were mainly the recipients of technology transfer. This paper aims to explore the role technology transfer/cooperation from Europe played in shaping firm-level wind ...

FASLG Derived from Fibroblasts in Hydroxyapatite‐Rich Microenvironment Induces Urothelial Anoikis to Trigger Randall's Plaque Exposure

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Randall's plaques (RP) serve as the nidus for calcium oxalate (CaOx) kidney stones. The current study reveals that hydroxyapatite (HAP) crystals activate the THY1–GSK3α/β–β‐catenin axis in renal interstitial fibroblasts (hRIFs), inducing FASLG secretion.

Small state regional cooperation, South-South and South-North migration, and international trade [PDF]

open access: yes, 2010
This paper provides a different basis than previous analyses for regional bloc formation and regional migration. Due to low bargaining power and fixed costs, small states face a severe disadvantage in negotiations with the rest of the world and might ...

Dose‐Dependent Reprogramming of Chromatin Accessibility by SOX4 Drives the Transcriptional Response to Iron Overload

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study demonstrates that iron overload triggers widespread chromatin compaction and transcriptional repression in human granulosa cells, recapitulating features of endometriosis. The epigenetic reprogramming is orchestrated by a TFEB‐SOX4‐SWI/SNF axis, with SOX4 acting as a central, dosage‐sensitive regulator.
