High-capacity dense space division multiplexing transmission
In this paper, we review space division multiplexing (SDM) transmission experimental demonstrations and associated technologies. In past years, SDM achieved high capacity transmission through increased spatial multiplicity, and long-haul transmission ...

To overcome two‐dimensional modulation bottlenecks, Hadamard Matrix Slicing Single‐Pixel Imaging (HMS‐SPI) establishes an efficient one‐dimensional imaging paradigm. By slicing the traditional Hadamard matrix into one‐dimensional encoding vectors and spatially expanding them, the required measurement patterns decrease by a factor of N.

Iterative Near-Maximum-Likelihood Detection in Rank-Deficient Downlink SDMA Systems
—In this paper, a precoded and iteratively detected downlink multiuser system is proposed, which is capable of operating in rankdeficient scenarios, when the number of transmitters exceeds the number of receivers.

Tumor‐Infiltrating mregDCs Restrain Anti‐Tumor Immunity in Early Relapse HCC
Tumor‐infiltrating mregDCs are regulated by the TNFR2‐non‐canonical NF‐κB axis, which is mediated by TNF‐α secreted by CD161+CD8+ T cells. These mregDCs recruit CD161+CD8+ T cells via the CCL20‐CCR6 axis, forming a positive feedback loop that enhances immunosuppression, promotes early recurrence of HCC, and further confirms TNFR2 as a key therapeutic ...

Compact Tabletop Magnetic Resonance Elastography for Mapping Soft Tissue Viscoelasticity
This work introduces a compact, low‐cost tabletop magnetic resonance elastography platform for high‐resolution viscoelastic mapping in soft‐tissue specimens. Using this method in human colorectal liver metastases, we demonstrate fully automated biomechanical profiling of treatment response and show that heterogeneity‐based metrics outperform ...

ABHD17C‐mediated depalmitoylation of BCL6B at Cys442 blocks its nuclear import and triggers ubiquitin‐dependent degradation, attenuating transcriptional repression of the anti‐phagocytic signal CD24. This mechanism enables pancreatic cancer cells to evade macrophage phagocytosis and fosters an immunosuppressive microenvironment.

High core count single-mode multicore fiber for dense space division multiplexing
Multicore fibers and few-mode fibers have the potential to realize dense-space-division multiplexing systems. Several dense-space-division multiplexing system transmission experiments over multicore fibers and few-mode fibers have been demonstrated so ...
