Convergence of probability measures on separable Banach spaces [PDF]
The following result follows immediately from a general theorem on the convergence of probability measures on separable Banach spaces: On the space C [ 0

In the present work, we have identified a transcriptional signature based on the differential expression of six genes (BCL2&MAST4, HSH2D&LAT2, METRN&PITPNM2) that would facilitate the early detection of T‐cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (T‐ALL) patients prone to a poor treatment response and could be implemented at diagnosis, along with other risk ...

Mixing of linear operators under non-Gaussian measures [PDF]
The mixing and ergodicity of Gaussian measures have been characterized in terms of their covariances, first for random sequences, and then in the framework of linear dynamics on Banach spaces using covariance operators.

Hijacking emergency granulopoiesis: Neutrophil ontogeny and reprogramming in cancer
Neutrophils are highly plastic innate immune cells; their functions in cancer extend beyond the tumour microenvironment. This Review summarises current understanding of neutrophil maturation and heterogeneity and highlights tumour‐induced granulopoiesis as a systemic programme that expands immature, immunosuppressive neutrophils via tumour‐derived ...

Single‐cell multi‐omics reveals epigenetic heterogeneity across therapy‐adaptive tumor states, including quiescent/dormant, drug‐tolerant persister, and EMT‐like phenotypes. By linking regulatory features with state‐associated biomarkers, these approaches inform biomarker‐guided therapeutic strategies for evolving tumors.

Lattice-valued Borel measures. III. [PDF]
summary:Let $X$ be a completely regular $T_{1}$ space, $E$ a boundedly complete vector lattice, $ C(X)$ $(C_{b}(X))$ the space of all (all, bounded), real-valued continuous functions on $X$.

Convergence of Invariant Measures of Truncation Approximations to Markov Processes
Let Q be the Q-matrix of an irreducible, positive recurrent Markov process on a countable state space. We show that, under a number of conditions, the stationary distributions of the n × n north-west corner augmentations of Q converge in total variation ...

Drug resistance limits treatment success in a subset of lung cancers driven by ROS1 gene alterations. Using patient‐derived cells and computer simulations, we studied three key mutations and how they affect five targeted drugs. The mutations reduced drug effectiveness in different ways by altering protein structure and behavior.
