µ-Integrable Functions and Weak Convergence of Probability Measures in Complete Paranormed Spaces
This paper works with functions defined in metric spaces and takes values in complete paranormed vector spaces or in Banach spaces, and proves some necessary and sufficient conditions for weak convergence of probability measures.

Weak Convergence of Certain Vectorvalued Measures
There are two kinds of vectorvalued measures which are involved in the theory of weakly stationary processes: orthogonal (Hilbert space valued) and multiplicative (projection-valued) measures. For both classes we show that weak convergence is equivalent with the convergence of integrals over bounded continuous functions.

Weak Convergence of Topological Measures [PDF]
AbstractTopological measures and deficient topological measures are defined on open and closed subsets of a topological space, generalize regular Borel measures, and correspond to (nonlinear in general) functionals that are linear on singly generated subalgebras or singly generated cones of functions.

The Investigation of the Discrete Universality of L-Functions of Elliptic Curves
In the paper, we prove the discrete universality theorem in the sense of the weak convergence of probability measures in the space of analytic functions for the L-functions of elliptic curves.
