The direction of arrival estimation method based on gridless compressed sensing

open access: yes上海师范大学学报. 自然科学版, 2020
Efficient direction of arrival(DOA) estimation for densely distributed targets was a difficult and hot spot in current high-precision positioning technology. There were many problems and issuesfor existing DOA estimation methods which were designed based ...

An efficient AIM for the scattering computation of the finite sparse array

open access: yesXibei Gongye Daxue Xuebao, 2021
Based on the traditional adaptive integral method(AIM), a fast method called array AIM is proposed to accelerate the scattering calculation of the finite periodic array and the sparse array. On one hand, this method could eliminate the idle grids through

Tuning the Testicular Microenvironment for Enhancing Human Sertoli Cells Maturation and Functionality In Vitro

open access: yesAdvanced Healthcare Materials, EarlyView.
An in vitro testicular model is developed by generating connective tissue equivalents from human dermal fibroblast‐derived microtissues and coupling them with human Sertoli cells or human Sertoli cell spheroids. This engineered microenvironment supports Sertoli cell maturation and functionality, providing a promising platform for studying human ...

Low Latency Detection of Sparse False Data Injections in Smart Grids

open access: yesIEEE Access, 2018
We study low-latency detections of sparse false data injection attacks in power grids, where an adversary can maliciously manipulate power grid operations by modifying measurements at a small number of smart meters. When a power grid is under attack, the

Water Permeates and Plasticizes Amorphous Carbon Dots: Unraveling the Inner Accessibility of the Nanoparticles by Glass Transition Studies

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
The water permeability of amorphous carbon dots (CDs) is demonstrated by investigating their plasticization. Novel polyamide‐based and amorphous nanoparticles are synthesized by controlling their inner packing density. Water plasticization is evidenced by the decrease of the CDs glass transition temperature with increasing the hydration degree.

LEAD: Literature Enhanced Ab Initio Discovery of Nitride Dusting Layers for Enhanced Tunnel Magnetoresistance and Lower Resistance Magnetic Tunnel Junctions

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
Magnetic tunnel junctions (MTJs) using MgO tunnel barriers face challenges of high resistance‐area product and low tunnel magnetoresistance (TMR). To discover alternative materials, Literature Enhanced Ab initio Discovery (LEAD) is developed. The LEAD‐predicted materials are theoretically evaluated, showing that MTJs with dusting of ScN or TiN on ...

1961–1990 monthly high-resolution solar radiation climatologies for Italy [PDF]

open access: yesAdvances in Science and Research, 2012
We present a methodology for estimating solar radiation climatologies from a sparse network of global radiation and/or sunshine duration records: it allows to obtain high-resolution grids of monthly normal values for global radiation (and for the direct ...

Higher Order Quadrature on Sparse Grids [PDF]

open access: yes, 2004
Sparse grids have turned out to be a very efficient discretization scheme that, to some extent, breaks the curse of dimensionality and, therefore, is especially well-suited for higher dimensional scenarios. Besides the classical sparse grid application, the numerical solution of partial differential equations, sparse grids have been used for various ...

Stable Protein‐Based G‐Quadruplex‐Derived Supramolecular Bioinks as Tunable ECM‐Mimetic Constructs Assembled by Combining Non‐Covalent and Covalent Strategies

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
Harnessing the synergistic interplay of supramolecular self‐assembly, under macromolecular crowding conditions, and enzymatic‐mediated covalent crosslinking toward a stable protein‐based G‐quadruplex‐derived supramolecular bioink. This bioinspired strategy enables the biofabrication of complex and tunable ECM‐mimetic constructs, providing a platform ...
