Deciphering Short‐Range Order in 2D Transition Metal Dichalcogenides: From Origin to Multi‐Scale Property Modulation

Short‐range order in 2D transition metal dichalcogenides is revealed as a new design paradigm. Driven by chemical affinity and atomic size, it governs properties across scales. Weak ordering tunes site‐resolved magnetism and d‐band centers, while strong ordering eliminates gap states to open band gaps.

Kinsenoside Targets IDH1 to Restore Microglial Immune‐Metabolic Homeostasis for Alzheimer's Disease Therapy

Dysregulated TCA cycle contributes to Alzheimer's disease (AD) pathogenesis. Here, we show that microglial isocitrate dehydrogenase 1 (IDH1) is a critical driver. Elevated IDH1 disrupts citrate metabolism and mitochondrial function, exacerbating AD pathology.

A steric‐hindrance molecular engineering strategy uses dimethyl maleate (DMM) to convert poly(1,4‐butanediol) bis(4‐aminobenzoate) (PBDAB) into a precursor with reduced reactivity via Michael addition, thereby retarding the curing process to form a transparent, ultraflexible, and self‐healable secondary‑amine polyurea (PuSA) with a crosslinked network.

Fosl2 Regulates FSH‐Dependent Follicle Maturation Through Feedback Amplification of FSH/FSHR Signaling

This study identifies a FOSL2‐driven positive feedback loop that amplifies FSH/FSHR signaling. During FSH‐dependent follicle maturation, FSH induces Fosl2 expression via the cAMP‐PKA‐CREB cascade. Ambipolar Organic–Inorganic Heterostructure Transistor Array for Integrated Visual Information Processing

We present an organic–inorganic heterostructure transistor array for neuromorphic computing, achieving 95.6% MNIST accuracy and 1.2 fJ per operation, with dynamic spatiotemporal encoding and precise vehicle direction detection under combined optical and electrical stimulation.
