Spatial aid spillovers during transition [PDF]
We investigate whether development aid stimulates growth in transition economies, paying particular attention to the possibility of spatial spillovers arising from aid. We find that common borders and a shared historical and political heritage result in a complex set of associations between aid and growth.

Spatial Spillover in Housing Construction [PDF]
This paper looks at the determinants of regional housing construction using Israeli panel data. We propose a simple model of regional housing markets in which people prefer to live where housing is cheaper and building contractors prefer to build in regions where housing is more expensive.
