The factors that cause the breach of spatial utilization on the Cikapundung River border, Bandung City [PDF]
The rapid development in Bandung city causes the existence of river borders is being pushed aside by other uses. Space utilization on the river border should be used as a buffer zone for the river, but on the Cikapundung River Border has changed to built-

THE EFFECT OF PENTOMINO ON THE SPATIAL ABILITY [PDF]
An intelligence game, Pentomino, was used to discover whether it can improve students’ spatial ability or not via spatial rotation. A 2 (gender: male and female) × 2 (group: experiment group and control group) × 2 (cognitive style: field dependent and ...

Tumors contain diverse cellular states whose behavior is shaped by context‐dependent gene coordination. By comparing gene–gene relationships across biological contexts, we identify adaptive transcriptional modules that reorganize into distinct vulnerability axes.

The determinants of urban density: the Israeli case [PDF]
In the struggle against urban sprawl minimum requirements for urban density has become one of the promising tools in determining spatial planning policy, particularly in densely populated countries. This tool was first proposed in the Israel Master Plan '

RIPK4 function interferes with melanoma cell adhesion and metastasis
RIPK4 promotes melanoma growth and spread. RIPK4 levels increase as skin lesions progress to melanoma. CRISPR/Cas9‐mediated deletion of RIPK4 causes melanoma cells to form less compact spheroids, reduces their migratory and invasive abilities and limits tumour growth and dissemination in mouse models.

Interrogating the immune landscape of microsatellite stable RAS‐mutated colon cancer
COLOSSUS project RAS‐mutated MSS colon cancer study explored transcriptomics and immune cell density by immunohistochemistry (IHC), Immunoscore (IS), ISIC/TuLIS scores, mutation counts, and detected different prevalences but similar microenvironment composition across immune markers with clinical relevance for future immunotherapy combination ...

Spatio-temporal analysis reveals active control of both task-relevant and task-irrelevant variables
The Uncontrolled Manifold hypothesis and Minimal Intervention principle propose that the observed differential variability across task relevant (i.e., task goals) vs.

We have established a humanized orthotopic patient‐derived xenograft (Hu‐oPDX) mouse model of high‐grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSOC) that recapitulates human tumor–immune interactions. Using combined anti‐PD‐L1/anti‐CD73 immunotherapy, we demonstrate the model's improved biological relevance and enhanced translational value for preclinical ...

GEOGRAPHIC AND INSTITUTIONAL DETERMINANTS OF REAL INCOME:A SPATIO-TEMPORAL SIMULTANEOUS EQUATION APPROACH [PDF]
This paper tests a series of prominent hypotheses regarding the determinants of per-capita income using a novel spatial econometric approach to control for spillovers among neighboring countries and for spatially correlated omitted variables.
