Spectra of Cayley graphs

open access: yesJournal of Combinatorial Theory, Series B, 1979
AbstractBy a result of L. Lovász, the determination of the spectrum of any graph with transitive automorphism group easily reduces to that of some Cayley graph. We derive an expression for the spectrum of the Cayley graph X(G,H) in terms of irreducible characters of the group G: λti,1+…+λti,ni=∑g1,…,gt∈HXiΠs=1tgs for any natural number t, where ξi is an

A novel quinazolinone insulin receptor inhibitor and its synergy with an EGFR inhibitor in glucose‐driven glioblastoma

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
The novel styrylquinazolinone‐based molecule W1B effectively suppresses glioblastoma by inhibiting IGF1R and EGFR. In high‐glucose microenvironments driving tumor resistance, W1B acts synergistically with the EGFR inhibitor dacomitinib. This combination safely blocks compensatory survival signaling in zebrafish xenograft models. Showcasing promising in

Bounded degree and planar spectra [PDF]

open access: yesLogical Methods in Computer Science, 2017
The finite spectrum of a first-order sentence is the set of positive integers that are the sizes of its models. The class of finite spectra is known to be the same as the complexity class NE.

On the A-spectra of graphs [PDF]

open access: yesLinear Algebra and its Applications, 2018
Let G be a connected graph with distance matrix D(G), and let Tr(G) be the diagonal matrix of vertex transmissions of G. For any α∈[0,1], the Dα-matrix of G is defined as Dα(G)=αTr(G)+(1−α)D(G).

Epigenetic heterogeneity and plasticity in therapy‐induced tumor states through single‐cell multi‐omics

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Single‐cell multi‐omics reveals epigenetic heterogeneity across therapy‐adaptive tumor states, including quiescent/dormant, drug‐tolerant persister, and EMT‐like phenotypes. By linking regulatory features with state‐associated biomarkers, these approaches inform biomarker‐guided therapeutic strategies for evolving tumors.

Endomorphism Spectra of Double Fan Graphs

open access: yesMathematics, 2020
There are six different classes of endomorphisms for a graph. The sets of these endomorphisms always form a chain under the inclusion of sets. For a more systematic treatment of different endomorphisms, Böttcher and Knauer proposed the concepts of the ...

PAK1 activation drives divergent resistance mechanisms to aromatase inhibition and tamoxifen in a luminal: A breast cancer model

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Breast cancer remains a major cause of cancer death in women, frequently developing endocrine therapy resistance. This study demonstrates that upregulated p21‐activated kinase 1 (PAK1) activity drives resistance to tamoxifen and long‐term estrogen deprivation in ER+ breast cancer models.

Representation and generation of plans using graph spectra

open access: yes, 2007
Numerical comparison of spaces with one another is often achieved with set scalar measures such as global and local integration, connectivity, etc., which capture a particular quality of the space but therefore lose much of the detail of its overall ...

On The Energy of Some Composite Graphs

open access: yesScience Journal of University of Zakho, 2018
Eigenvalues of a graph are the eigenvalues of its adjacency matrix. The energy of a graph is the sum of the absolute values of its eigenvalues, was studied by (Gutman 1978 ).

Spectra of R-Vertex Join and R-Edge Join of Two Graphs

open access: yesDiscussiones Mathematicae - General Algebra and Applications, 2018
The R-graph R(G) of a graph G is the graph obtained from G by intro- ducing a new vertex ue for each e ∈ E(G) and making ue adjacent to both the end vertices of e. In this paper, we determine the adjacency, Lapla- cian and signless Laplacian spectra of R-
