Intermediate Resistive State in Wafer‐Scale Vertical MoS2 Memristors Through Lateral Silver Filament Growth for Artificial Synapse Applications

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
In MOCVD MoS2 memristors, a current compliance‐regulated Ag filament mechanism is revealed. The filament ruptures spontaneously during volatile switching, while subsequent growth proceeds vertically through the MoS2 layers and then laterally along the van der Waals gaps during nonvolatile switching.

Coupled reaction channel analysis for proton transfer in 116Sn+60Ni [PDF]

open access: yesEPJ Web of Conferences
We carried out exact finite-range coupled reaction channel analysis for oneand two-proton stripping channels in the collision 116Sn+60Ni, based on a parameter free double-folding potential.

Integration of Low‐Voltage Nanoscale MoS2 Memristors on CMOS Microchips

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
This article presents the first monolithic integration of nanoscale MoS2‐based memristors into the back‐end‐of‐line of foundry‐fabricated CMOS microchips in a one‐transistor‐one‐resistor (1T1R) architecture. The MoS2‐based 1T1R cells exhibit forming‐free, nonvolatile resistive switching with ultra‐low operating voltages, low cycle‐to‐cycle variability ...

Optoelectronic Synaptic Devices Using Molecular Telluride Phase‐Change Inks for Three‐Factor Learning

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Optoelectronic synaptic devices based on solution‐processed molecular telluride GST‐225 phase‐change inks are demonstrated for three‐factor learning. A global optical signal broadcast through a silicon waveguide induces non‐volatile conductance updates exclusively in locally electrically flagged memristors.

Effect of stellar activity on the high precision transit light curve

open access: yesEPJ Web of Conferences, 2015
Stellar activity features such as spots and plages can create difficulties in determining planetary parameters through spectroscopic and photometric observations.

Receptor‐Free Identification of Toxic Gases Enabled by Hygroscopic Aqueous Salt Films

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Water as a gas sensor coating sounds impossible—until it stops evaporating. Here, hygroscopic salt solutions (LiCl, LiBr, H3PO4) form non‐drying aqueous films on CNT chemiresistors under ambient air. Gases partition into these liquid layers, sometimes transforming into water, and generate salt‐specific resistance fingerprints across a four‐channel ...

7Li(18O, 17N)8Be reaction and the 17N + 8Be-potential [PDF]

open access: yesЯдерна фізика та енергетика, 2010
Angular distributions of the 7Li(18O, 17N)8Be reaction were measured for the transitions to the ground states of 8Be and 17N and excited states of 17N at the energy Elab(18O) = 114 MeV. The data were analyzed with coupled-reaction-channels method for one-

Regulated Ion‐Diffusion Hydrogels for Subtle and Multimodal Temperature‐Strain Sensing in Wound Monitoring

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
A soft, dual‐channel hydrogel patch enables simultaneous detection of wound temperature and strain by integrating ion‐diffusion‐mediated thermoelectric and resistive sensing. The conformal design maintains stable performance during motion, capturing subtle inflammatory and mechanical changes for continuous wound monitoring.

Astronomical Cardiology: A Search For Heartbeat Stars Using $\textit{Gaia}$ and $\textit{TESS}$

open access: yesThe Open Journal of Astrophysics
Heartbeat stars are a subclass of binary stars with short periods, high eccentricities, and phase-folded light curves that resemble an electrocardiogram.

Energy dependence of the 13C + 16O scattering and quasi-molecular absorptian potential [PDF]

open access: yesЯдерна фізика та енергетика, 2010
Experimental data of the 13С + 16O elastic scattering at the energies Еc.m.. = 6.28 - 59.17 MeV were analyzed within the optical model and coupled-reaction-channels method. The energy dependence for the 13С + 16O potential of the Woods - Saxon type with
