Spectroscopic Characteristics of Differently Produced Single‐Walled Carbon Nanotubes

ChemPhysChem, 2009
AbstractSingle‐walled carbon nanotubes (SWNTs) synthesized with different methods are investigated by using multiple characterization techniques, including Raman scattering, optical absorption, and X‐ray absorption near edge structure, along with X‐ray photoemission by following the total valence bands and C 1s core‐level spectra.

Tissue uorophores and their spectroscopic characteristics

2014
Natural tissue autofluorescence (AF) originates primarily from specific endogenous fluorophores located in mitochondria (NAD(P)H and flavin coenzymes, porphyrins, and lipopigments), structural proteins in extracellular matrix (ECM; collagen and elastin), cell lysosomes (lipofuscins), and various aromatic amino acids appearing in many proteins within

SPECTROSCOPIC AND MICROSCOPIC CHARACTERISTICS OF HUMAN SKIN AUTOFLUORESCENCE EMISSION

Photochemistry and Photobiology, 1995
AbstractTo improve the understanding of human skin autofluorescence emission, the spectroscopic and microscopic characteristics of skin autofluorescence were studied using a combined fluorescence and reflectance spectroanalyzer and a fiber optic microspectrophotometer.

IR spectroscopical characteristics of metamict allanite-(Ce)

Geologica Macedonica, 2012
Metamict samples of allanite-(Ce) were recrystallized in hydrothermal conditions at 150°C for 2, 5 and 24 h. The recrystallization of metamict samples was rapid and complete, without the appearance of additional phases when heated for 2 and 5 h, but when heated for 24 h, the structure is disturbed.

Spectroscopic characteristics of praseodymium doped YaG crystals

International Conference on Optoelectronic Science and Engineering '90, 1990
Characteristics of Pr3+ doped Y3A15012 (YAG) crystals are discussed with reference to possible.laser applications. The fluorescence spectra and decays from the 3P1, 3P0 and 1D2 excited states are measured in crystal of 0.12 ? Pr3 4 concentration. Application of the Judd-Ofelt theory yielded values of radiative transition rates, branching ratios and ...

2,3,9,10,16,17,24,25-Octakis(octyloxycarbonyl)phthalocyanines. Synthesis, Spectroscopic, and Electrochemical Characteristics

Inorganic Chemistry, 2007
A series of three novel 2,3,9,10,16,17,24,25-octakis(octyloxycarbonyl)phthalocyanine compounds M[Pc(COOC8H17)8] (M = 2H, Cu, Zn) (1-3) have been synthesized via the cyclic tetramerization of 4,5-di(octyloxycarbonyl)phthalonitrile, which was obtained by a newly developed procedure with o-xylene as starting material, promoted with organic base 1,8 ...

Spectroscopic and Laser Characteristics of Neodymium-doped Calcium Fluorophosphate

Applied Optics, 1968
Laser oscillations have been produced in large crystals of Nd(3+)-doped Ca(5)(PO(4))(3)F (the mineral fluorapatite, whence the coined name FAP) at room temperature under both tungsten lamp and flash lamp excitation. The laser tests show that FAP:Nd crystals have four times greater gain per incident pump energy and over one and a half times greater ...
