Dibaryon Spectroscopy [PDF]

open access: yesJournal of High Energy Physics, 2003
The AdS/CFT correspondence relates dibaryons in superconformal gauge theories to holomorphic curves in Kaehler-Einstein surfaces. The degree of the holomorphic curves is proportional to the gauge theory conformal dimension of the dibaryons. Moreover, the

Ditauonium spectroscopy

open access: yesThe European Physical Journal C, 2022
AbstractWe examine the properties of ditauonium, an exotic atom consisting of a pair of opposite-sign $$\tau $$ τ leptons bound together by the quantum electrodynamics (QED) interaction in a hydrogen-like state. The energy levels, decay modes and associated partial widths, as well as total widths and lifetimes of the ...

Oscillon spectroscopy

open access: yesJournal of High Energy Physics, 2023
Abstract The sine-Gordon model in 3+1 dimensions is known to admit two oscillons of different energy and frequency but comparable lifetime. We show that the oscillon spectrum includes more spherically symmetric “states”. We identify new high-amplitude oscillons by allowing the field profile to have a number of nodes.

Isotope spectroscopy [PDF]

open access: yesAstronomische Nachrichten, 2014
AbstractThe measurement of isotopic ratios provides a privileged insight both into nucleosynthesis and into the mechanisms operating in stellar envelopes, such as gravitational settling. In this article, we give a few examples of how isotopic ratios can be determined from high‐resolution, high‐quality stellar spectra.

SIMP spectroscopy [PDF]

open access: yesJournal of High Energy Physics, 2016
We study the interactions between strongly interacting massive particle dark matter and the Standard Model via a massive vector boson that is kinetically mixed with the hypercharge gauge boson. The relic abundance is set by 3-to-2 self-interactions of the dark matter, while the interactions with the vector mediator enable kinetic equilibrium between ...

Colloquium: Graphene spectroscopy [PDF]

open access: yes, 2014
Spectroscopic studies of electronic phenomena in graphene are reviewed. A variety of methods and techniques are surveyed, from quasiparticle spectroscopies (tunneling, photoemission) to methods probing density and current response (infrared optics, Raman)

Intramolecular vibrational dynamics of ν1 mode in (CF3)2C=C=O molecule induced by resonant IR femtosecond radiation

open access: yesEPJ Web of Conferences, 2017
Intramolecular dynamics of the vibrational levels (up to v = 5) of the ν1 mode in (CF3)2CCO molecule, induced via multiphoton selective excitation of this mode by resonant femtosecond IR radiation, was studied.

Exploring optoelectronic properties and mechanisms of layered ferroelectric K4Nb6O17 nanocrystalline films and nanolaminas

open access: yesScientific Reports, 2017
Two-dimensional layered K4Nb6O17 (KN) was easily formed as a secondary phase caused by the volatilization of alkali metal ions, when preparing ferroelectric K x Na1−x NbO3 based ceramics and films.

Star Algebra Spectroscopy [PDF]

open access: yes, 2001
The spectrum of the infinite dimensional Neumann matrices M^{11}, M^{12} and M^{21} in the oscillator construction of the three-string vertex determines key properties of the star product and of wedge and sliver states.
