Subtracting the Raman Spectrum of Solvent for Quantitative Analysis
Journal of Raman SpectroscopyABSTRACT Raman spectroscopy is widely employed for quantitative analysis in aqueous solutions, yet it faces a notable challenge: the overlap of water Raman bands, often used as an internal standard, with analyte bands.

Theoretical analysis of the resonance Raman spectrum of tryptophan
Journal of Raman Spectroscopy, 1991AbstractThe resonance Raman excitation profiles of tryptophan in the region 240‐200 nm were calculated, taking into account the molecular properties of its chromophore, indole. The relevant quantities such as state displacements and vibronic coupling terms were evaluated by means of quantum mechanical semi‐empirical methods.

Structural analysis of molecules from their Raman spectrum
Journal of Molecular Structure, 1992Abstract This article is devoted to the study of molecular structure from vibrational spectra. As an example, common methods are applied to solving the complicated problem of rotational isomerism in hydrocarbons. The problem of establishing a relation between the structure of complex molecules and their Raman spectra is discussed.

Analysis of the raman spectrum of single crystals of naphthalene
Proceedings of the Indian Academy of Sciences - Section A, 1942The paper reports the results of an exhaustive study and evaluation of 24 spectrograms concerning the Raman effect in a single crystal of naphthalene recorded for various settings of the crystal with respect to the directions of incidence and observation, and also for various directions of vibration in the incident and scattered radiations.

Model analysis of the Raman spectrum from fused silica optical fibers
Applied Optics, 1982Abstract : The Raman spectrum from pure silica optical fibers has been analyzed into a set of Gaussian components. Each component used is related to an observed feature of the spectrum, and a residual of about 1% resulted without the use of additional components. Both single- and multi-phonon peaks were fitted.

The Raman spectra of H2 and HD molecules in simple hydrogen and binary hydrogen-tetrahydrofuran clathrate hydrates have been measured at temperatures as low as 20 K. The rotational bands of trapped molecules in simple and binary hydrates have been analyzed, and the contributions originating from hydrogen molecules in the large cages have been separated

Application of artificial neural network to quantitative analysis of Raman spectrum
SPIE Proceedings, 2006By means of Artificial Neural Network and Back-Propagation algorithm, the multi-component of azo-dyes can be qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed simultaneously, though their Raman spectra are overlapped. This article designed a Back-Propagation algorithm network to analyze the multi-component of azo-dyes (Sudan I and Sudan III). In conclusion,

[Laser Raman spectrum analysis of carbendazim pesticide].
Guang pu xue yu guang pu fen xi = Guang pu, 2015Raman signal of solid and liquid carbendazim pesticide was collected by laser Raman spectrometer. The acquired Raman spectrum signal of solid carbendazim was preprocessed by wavelet analysis method, and the optimal combination of wavelet denoising parameter was selected through mixed orthogonal test. The results showed that the best effect was got with
