[Purpose] Spectrum is a scarce and valuable national resource. With 5G, it is predicted that the demand for spectrum will increase gradually. In order to overcome the increasing data traffic problem and connection needs, the spectrum should be used as efficiently as possible. This paper aims to develop a new perspective on spectrum management in Turkey,

The newfound relationship between extrachromosomal DNAs and excised signal circles
Extrachromosomal DNAs (ecDNAs) contribute to the progression of many human cancers. In addition, circular DNA by‐products of V(D)J recombination, excised signal circles (ESCs), have roles in cancer progression but have largely been overlooked. In this Review, we explore the roles of ecDNAs and ESCs in cancer development, and highlight why these ...

Sequence determinants of RNA G‐quadruplex unfolding by Arg‐rich regions
We show that Arg‐rich peptides selectively unfold RNA G‐quadruplexes, but not RNA stem‐loops or DNA/RNA duplexes. This length‐dependent activity is inhibited by acidic residues and is conserved among SR and SR‐related proteins (SRSF1, SRSF3, SRSF9, U1‐70K, and U2AF1).

A Novel Dynamic Spectrum-Sharing Method for GEO and LEO Satellite Networks
In this article, we investigate the spectrum-sharing for a space information network comprised of a geostationary orbit (GEO) satellite and a pair of low earth orbit (LEO) satellites, where one spectrum-sensing LEO (SLEO) is used to sense the status of ...

Structural biology of ferritin nanocages
Ferritin is a conserved iron‐storage protein that sequesters iron as a ferric mineral core within a nanocage, protecting cells from oxidative damage and maintaining iron homeostasis. This review discusses ferritin biology, structure, and function, and highlights recent cryo‐EM studies revealing mechanisms of ferritinophagy, cellular iron uptake, and ...

Dual-target WOA spectrum sharing algorithm based on Stackelberg game
In order to solve the complex spectrum allocation problem,a dual-target whale optimization algorithm (WOA) with strong parallel computing capabilities was introduced, and a Stackelberg game model was proposed that could effectively reflect the actual ...

Study on optimization strategy for hybrid underlay/overlay spectrum sharing based on queuing model
In order to improve the licensed spectrum utilization in cognitive radio networks, and provide higher experience quality to system users, the optimizing strategies of the hybrid underlay/overlay spectrum sharing mode was studied. For secondary users,a ...

We identified a systemic, progressive loss of protein S‐glutathionylation—detected by nonreducing western blotting—alongside dysregulation of glutathione‐cycle enzymes in both neuronal and peripheral tissues of Taiwanese SMA mice. These alterations were partially rescued by SMN antisense oligonucleotide therapy, revealing persistent redox imbalance as ...

Impact of Sharing Disruption in MC CR-NOMA
Spectrum sharing disruption in cognitive radio networks (CRNs) can significantly degrade network performance. Most sharing disruption attacks in the literature focus on orthogonal multiple access (OMA) or higher layers, such as medium access control (MAC)
