Hyperosmotic stress induces PARP1‐mediated HPF1‐dependent mono(ADP‐ribosyl)ation
Sorbitol‐induced hyperosmotic stress rapidly induces reversible mono(ADP‐ribosyl)ation (MARylation) on PARP1 without the signs of genotoxic signaling. We show that PARP1 autoMARylation is HPF1 dependent and forms hydroxylamine‐resistant O‐glycosidic linkages.

Time multiplexed single node reservoir computing enabled by transient photon magnon coupling
We present a reservoir computing system that utilizes the transient dynamics of photon-magnon coupling (PMC) for high-accuracy temporal data processing, specifically spoken-digit recognition, while minimizing hardware resources.

Spin dynamics and chirality induced spin selectivity
By now, it is well known that chiral molecules can affect the spin of electrons passing through. In addition, the magnetization of, e.g., nanomagnets covered by chiral molecules can be affected by the presence of molecules. We are studying the mechanisms that explain various observations involving combinations of magnets and chiral molecules.

Ascidian Ciona larvae initially show strong clockwise tail twisting, which is largely corrected during development. However, a small residual twist remains. This study shows that organized helical myofibrils in tail muscles mechanically stabilize this residual asymmetry, preventing complete restoration of bilateral symmetry and revealing how embryos ...

COMP–PMEPA1 axis promotes epithelial‐to‐mesenchymal transition in breast cancer cells
This study reveals that cartilage oligomeric matrix protein (COMP) promotes epithelial‐to‐mesenchymal transition (EMT) in breast cancer. We identify PMEPA1 (protein TMEPAI) as a novel COMP‐binding partner that mediates EMT via binding to the TSP domains of COMP, establishing the COMP–PMEPA1 axis as a key EMT driver in breast cancer.

Pre‐analytical handling critically determines liquid biopsy performance. This study defines practical best‐practice conditions for cell‐free DNA (cfDNA) and extracellular vesicle–derived DNA (evDNA), showing how processing time, storage conditions, tube type, and plasma input volume affect DNA integrity and mutation detection.

Classification tasks using input driven nonlinear magnetization dynamics in spin Hall oscillator
The inherent nonlinear magnetization dynamics in spintronic devices make them suitable candidates for neuromorphic hardware. Among spintronic devices, spin torque oscillators such as spin transfer torque oscillators and spin Hall oscillators have shown ...
