Spin transport and spin dynamics in antiferromagnets [PDF]
Ferromagnets (FMs) have been a key ingredient in information technology because it is easy to manipulate and read out the magnetization. Antiferromagnets (AFMs) have magnetic moments with alternating direction resulting in negligible magnetization. This gives them high processing and device downscaling features, but this also makes it challenging to ...

Glioma cells mainly express the endothelin receptor EDNRB, while EDNRA is restricted to a perivascular tumor subpopulation. Endothelin signaling reduces glioma cell proliferation while promoting migration and a proneural‐to‐mesenchymal transition associated with poor prognosis. This pathway activates Ca2+, K+, ERK, and STAT3 signalings and is regulated

Keratin 19 (KRT19) is overexpressed in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer with high levels of Kallikrein‐related peptidases (KLK) 4–7 and is associated with poor survival. In vivo analyses demonstrate that elevated KRT19 increases peritoneal tumour burden.

Role of spin–orbit coupling in spin-to-lattice energy conversion in ferrite nanoparticles
We report on the influence of spin–orbit coupling (SOC) in governing spin-to-lattice energy conversion in ferrite nanoparticles (MnFe2O4, Fe3O4, and NiFe2O4).

Spin dynamics in helical molecules with nonlinear interactions
It is widely admitted that the helical conformation of certain chiral molecules may induce a sizable spin selectivity observed in experiments. Spin selectivity arises as a result of the interplay between a helicity-induced spin–orbit coupling (SOC) and ...

Here, we demonstrate that HS1BP3 interacts with Cortactin through a proline‐rich region (PRR3.1) and show that this interaction, and HS1BP3 itself, promote cancer cell proliferation and invasion. Inhibition of this interaction leads to build‐up of TKS5 in multivesicular endosomes and altered secretion of CD63 and CD9, providing an explanation for the ...

Emergence of junction dynamics in a strongly interacting Bose mixture
We study the dynamics of a one-dimensional system composed of a bosonic background and one impurity in single- and double-well trapping geometries.

The dynamics of an identical pair of entangled spin-1/2 particles, both subjected to the same random magnetic field, are studied. The dynamics of the pure joint state of the pair are derived using stochastic calculus.

We identify USP29 as the only DUB mirroring CA9 expression, a marker of hypoxia and HIF pathway activation associated with PCA aggressiveness. USP29 stabilizes HIF‐1α and HIF‐2α via a noncanonical mechanism that is independent of PHD/pVHL activity yet relies on proteasomal regulation, establishing USP29 as a previously unrecognized regulator of hypoxic
