ABSTRACT Ultra‐precision machining (UPM) has been extensively employed for the production of high‐end precision components. The process is highly precise, and the associated cost of production is also high. Optimization of machining parameters in UPM can significantly improve machining efficiency and surface roughness. This study proposes an innovative

[1‐(Ethoxycarbonyl)cyclopropyl] triphenylphosphonium tetrafluoroborate is a limiting key reagent for synthesis of the tricyclic 5,6‐dihydropyrimido[5,4‐e]indolizine and related scaffolds, which are central to First‐in‐Class covalent inhibitors of the protein kinase monopolar spindle 1/threonine tyrosine kinase (TTK).

Influence of Cosolvents on the Pressure Stability of Human Serum Albumin
Human serum albumin is able to bind various hydrophobic substances and drugs. To investigate this interaction, the protein structure is analyzed using small‐angle X‐ray scattering under high hydrostatic pressure. The resulting radius of gyration (see picture) indicates that hydrophobic substances influence the pressure stability of HSA differently ...

ABSTRACT This study introduces a novel calibration strategy for the linear Kalman filter (LKF) fusion application in condition monitoring, specifically utilizing accelerated aging data. Unlike the existing literature that often focuses on complex nonlinear Kalman filter variants, this research delves into the calibration of LKF.

A novel biointerfacial strategy to investigate directional charge injection from a non‐exoelectrogenic living microbe to an electrode surface using a porous metal–organic framework (MOF) is revealed. The redox nature of MOF catalyzes the microbe's exoelectrogenic activity, generating distinct charge capacitive signatures at the biotic–abiotic interface.

Nuclear Assembly in Giant Unilamellar Vesicles Encapsulating Xenopus Egg Extract
Cell nuclei have been reconstituted in membrane‐less compartments using Xenopus egg extract, but not within lipid bilayer‐enclosed compartments. This study modifies the inverted emulsion method by adding chloroform to the lipid‐dispersed oil and extending lipid monolayer formation at the oil–egg extract interface, enabling the encapsulation of egg ...
