Hydrogen Atom Transfer Induces Photodegradation in Carbonyl‐Based Multi‐Resonance TADF Emitters

open access: yesAngewandte Chemie, Volume 138, Issue 19, 4 May 2026.
Boosting triplet harvesting in N/C═O MR‐TADF emitters unexpectedly induces rapid photodegradation under oxygen‐free conditions. Spectroscopic studies reveal that triplet excited states trigger hydrogen‐atom transfer from solvent to the carbonyl unit, driven by triplet energetics and hydrogen electrophilicity.

Mesoscale and Submesoscale Variability in the Indian Ocean

open access: yesReviews of Geophysics, Volume 64, Issue 2, June 2026.
Abstract Material transport and air‐sea coupling dynamics associated with monsoon‐related mesoscale and submesoscale processes in the Indian Ocean significantly modulate biogeochemical cycles, the large‐scale energy balance, and both regional and global climate change.

Learned Family on the Educator‐Kibbutzim—Knowledge, Kinship, and Social Transformation as Historical Legacy

open access: yesAnthropology &Education Quarterly, Volume 57, Issue 2, June 2026.
ABSTRACT This article explores how educator‐kibbutzim recruit socialist‐Zionist learning traditions to construct new forms of kinship. Bringing communities of practice theory to new kinship studies, we expand on the role of knowledge in bridging the social/biological.

Top Managerial Network Relations for Knowledge Transfer: Exploring Gender Differences

open access: yesCreativity and Innovation Management, Volume 35, Issue 2, Page 279-299, June 2026.
ABSTRACT In the ongoing debate surrounding the gender gap in top managerial positions, various possible causes have been explored, with different networking patterns being one of them. However, we still lack detailed insights on how knowledge transfer via networks varies based on gender.

Asymmetric Transformations of α,β‐Unsaturated Oxazolidinones Catalyzed by C2‐Symmetric Chiral Iron Triad Complexes

open access: yesAdvanced Synthesis &Catalysis, Volume 368, Issue 9, 5 May 2026.
This review highlights the evolution of highly enantioselective oxazolidinone transformations enabled by C2‐symmetric ligands, with emphasis on chiral iron triad complexes as cost‐effective, environmentally benign alternatives to late‐transition‐metal catalysts.
