This review examines the potential of in vivo direct reprogramming in regenerative medicine for functional tissue restoration, highlighting the role of tissue‐resident cues in generating functionally mature reprogrammed cells from lineage‐related cells. It contains a discussion on mechanisms, reprogramming factors, delivery approaches, and applications

AI‑guided single‑cell transcriptomics identifies OGT as a key regulator enriched in rheumatoid arthritis fibroblast‑like synoviocytes (RA‐FLSs). Inflammatory stimuli activate the OGT–SAP130 axis, which modulates the H3K27ac/H3K27me3 balance and epigenetically silences BTG2, promoting aggressive transformation of RA‑FLSs.

Leveraging Microphysiological Systems to Facilitate Neutrophil‐Based Cancer Immunotherapy
Microphysiological systems are emerging as powerful human‐relevant platforms for studying neutrophil biology in cancer. Current applications of spheroids, organoids, and organ‐on‐a‐chip models are reviewed, together with future opportunities in behaviorome profiling, multi‐omics integration, personalized medicine, immune crosstalk, and multi‐organ ...

The role of the host—Neutrophil biology
Abstract Neutrophilic polymorphonuclear leukocytes (neutrophils) are myeloid cells packed with lysosomal granules (hence also called granulocytes) that contain a formidable antimicrobial arsenal. They are terminally differentiated cells that play a critical role in acute and chronic inflammation, as well as in the resolution of inflammation and wound ...

Guided by spatial transcriptomics and clinical validation, a threaded microneedle platform enables precise layer‐specific delivery across the dermis and subcutaneous tissue. By addressing distinct pathogenic remodeling in different skin layers, this strategy coordinates compartment‐specific intervention, restores tissue architecture, and offers a ...

Nonlinear vibration isolators with asymmetric stiffness
A vibration source is commonly coupled to a receiving structure by a vibration isolator. A key trade-off in the choice of vibration isolator is the requirement for a wide frequency range of isolation without excessive static deflection.
