A kind of Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma, Splenic Lymphoma is a marginal zone lymphoma (MZL’s). Lymphocytic tumour of marginal zone of spleen marks the identification of Splenic Lymphoma. Splenic hilar lymph nodes may also be included.

Repurposing a Small Molecule Plant Hormone as a Tunable ON‐Switch for CAR‐T Cell Immunotherapy
By engineering a receptor system integrating the plant auxin receptor AFB1 with its co‐receptor IAA7, we enable ligand‐dependent interactions triggered by the plant hormone auxins. This design allows rapid, reversible, and dose‐dependent T cell activation, resulting in potent cytotoxicity against B‐cell lymphoma in vitro and in vivo.

The role of the host—Neutrophil biology
Abstract Neutrophilic polymorphonuclear leukocytes (neutrophils) are myeloid cells packed with lysosomal granules (hence also called granulocytes) that contain a formidable antimicrobial arsenal. They are terminally differentiated cells that play a critical role in acute and chronic inflammation, as well as in the resolution of inflammation and wound ...

EBV‑BZLF1 initiates ODC1‑driven polyamine anabolism that correlates with poor clinical prognosis in nasopharyngeal carcinoma. The ODC1–spermidine axis promotes viral replication, cell proliferation and innate immune evasion. Pharmacological inhibition of ODC1 rescues cisplatin sensitivity, establishing ODC1 as a viable therapeutic target for EBV ...

A mechanically activated SynNotch reporter platform enables detection of force transmission through receptors as they mediate immune cell interactions. Targeting CD40 on B cells and TCR on T cells records force‐induced reporter activation across 2D coculture, 3D organoid, and implanted in mice, which also reveal force‐amplification of immune receptor ...

FOXP1 Knockdown Reprograms Th9 CAR‐T Cells to Overcome Antigen Escape
FOXP1 knockdown enhances Th9 CAR‐T cell function by promoting IL‐9 production, effector activation, and reduced exhaustion. Reprogrammed Th9 CAR‐T cells strengthen direct tumor killing and activate endogenous antitumor immunity through dendritic cells and CD8+ T cells, thereby suppressing both antigen‐positive and antigen‐loss tumor growth and ...

Pathologic Rupture of the Spleen in Mantle-Cell-Type Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma
Mantle cell lymphoma (MCL) accounts for less than 10 percent of all non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma (NHL). Pathologic or spontaneous rupture of the spleen has been reported in patients with lymphoma; however only 5 cases have been reported in patients with MCL ...

A dual‐transmembrane Bicephali CAR‐T platform simultaneously targets CD276 and NKG2D ligands to address antigen heterogeneity in non‐small cell lung cancer. By improving immune synapse formation, mitochondrial fitness, antioxidant capacity, and stem‐like persistence, this design enhances durable tumor control and provides a versatile strategy to ...

The splenic form of mantle cell lymphoma
Abstract: Objectives: To describe the clinical, immunophenotypic and molecular features, as well as the clinical course of patients with unusual presentation of mantle cell lymphoma (MCL) purely located to the spleen. Patients and methods: We describe seven patients presented with splenomegaly and a leukemic picture without lymphadenopathy, fulfilling
