POTENTIALS OF RAMAN BASED SENSOR SYSTEM FOR AN ONLINE ANALYSIS OF HUMAN INHALE AND EXHALE [PDF]

open access: yesНаучно-технический вестник информационных технологий, механики и оптики, 2015
A gas sensor based on spontaneous Raman scattering is proposed for the compositional analysis of single breath events. A description of the sensor as well as of the calibration procedure, which also allows the quantification of condensable gases, is ...

Revisiting spontaneous Raman scattering for direct oxygen atom quantification [PDF]

open access: yesOptics Letters, 2021
In this Letter, the counterintuitive and largely unknown Raman activity of oxygen atoms is evaluated for its capacity to determine absolute densities in gases with significant O-density. The study involves C O 2 microwave plasma to generate a self-calibrating mixture and establish accurate cross sections for

A SIGNAL ENHANCED PORTABLE RAMAN PROBE FOR ANESTHETIC GAS MONITORING [PDF]

open access: yesНаучно-технический вестник информационных технологий, механики и оптики, 2015
The spontaneous Raman scattering technique is an excellent tool for a quantitative analysis of multi-species gas mixtures. It is a noninvasive optical method for species identification and gas phase concentration measurement of all Raman active molecules,

High-Precision Trace Hydrogen Sensing by Multipass Raman Scattering

open access: yesSensors, 2023
Despite its growing importance in the energy generation and storage industry, the detection of hydrogen in trace concentrations remains challenging, as established optical absorption methods are ineffective in probing homonuclear diatomics.

Coherent Anti-Stokes Hyper-Raman Spectroscopy

open access: yesNature Communications
Coherent Raman scattering spectroscopies have been established as a powerful tool for investigating molecular systems with high chemical specificity. The existing coherent Raman scattering techniques detect only Raman active modes, which are a part of ...

Cell Imaging by Spontaneous and Amplified Raman Spectroscopies

open access: yesJournal of Spectroscopy, 2017
Raman spectroscopy (RS) is a powerful, noninvasive optical technique able to detect vibrational modes of chemical bonds. The high chemical specificity due to its fingerprinting character and the minimal requests for sample preparation have rendered it ...

Intermediate Resistive State in Wafer‐Scale Vertical MoS2 Memristors Through Lateral Silver Filament Growth for Artificial Synapse Applications

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
In MOCVD MoS2 memristors, a current compliance‐regulated Ag filament mechanism is revealed. The filament ruptures spontaneously during volatile switching, while subsequent growth proceeds vertically through the MoS2 layers and then laterally along the van der Waals gaps during nonvolatile switching.
