Efficacy and Safety of Intralymphatic Immunotherapy With Grass Allergoid and Microcrystalline Tyrosine: A Double‐Blind Randomised Placebo‐Controlled Trial

This is the first randomised placebo‐controlled trial of intralymphatic immunotherapy using a microcrystalline tyrosine‐adjuvanted grass pollen allergoid. Distinct Gene Expression Profiles of Ara h 2‐Specific B Cells in Desensitization and Tolerance During Peanut Oral Immunotherapy

Gene expression of Ara h 2‐specific B cells over the course of the peanut OIT. Isotype of allergen‐specific B cells changes through OIT towards IgG4. Peanut OIT changes the gene expression of allergen‐specific memory B cells. OIT patients showed increased gene expression for regulatory B cells and immune regulation.
