Suppression of Spurious SAW Signals

IEEE 1986 Ultrasonics Symposium, 1986
1.0 ABSTRACT Digital Radio applications of SAW require that individual spurious signals in the time domain be suppressed by about 60 dB. The first concept to be discussed involves a silicon thin film absorber with a tapered transition between the transducer and the free substrate region.

High spurious suppression 60GHz transceiver

2015 Asia-Pacific Microwave Conference (APMC), 2015
This paper proposed a high frequency spurious suppression 60GHz transceiver, which is composed by single module. It works in the 59–64GHz RF frequency with two 2.16GHz bandwidth IF communication channels in the 8.64GHz. The cavity band pass filters are added in the output of the TX and the LO link to realize the high sideband reject and low spurious ...

Oscillator design for suppressing spurious signals

IEEE Microwave Magazine, 2007
This article has shed some light upon typical problems of the oscillator design. A number of additional signals can be excited by the oscillator's active kernel due to parasitic effects. These interfere with the projected oscillation frequency or with its harmonics and produce a number of disturbing spurious signals.
