Post‐Tuberculosis Adrenal Crisis in a Young Boy: A Case Report
ABSTRACT An adrenal crisis should be considered in children with a history of tuberculosis who present with shock, hypoglycemia, and hyperpigmentation. Even years after successful treatment, TB can cause irreversible adrenal damage leading to primary adrenal insufficiency. Early recognition and prompt glucocorticoid replacement are lifesaving.

ABSTRACT We report a diagnostically complex case of visceral leishmaniasis (Kala‐azar) in a 73‐year‐old male from a country where the disease was eliminated in 2023.
