Drugs in R & D, 2003 SR 58611A [SR 58611], a highly selective agonist for atypical beta3-adrenoceptors, inhibits intestinal motility. This (phenylethanol) aminotetraline sympathomimetic was originated by Sanofi as a potential treatment for irritable bowel syndrome but is now in development for depression. SR 58611A is currently in phase III trials for depression in France.

Zhejiang Daxue xuebao. Lixue ban, 2010 前期工作表明NaAlCl4/ZSM-5分子筛有较好的催化一甲基硅烷和三甲基硅烷制备二甲基硅烷活性.本文通过浸渍法制备了一系列的用La(NO3)3改性及Sr(NO3)2改性的NaAlCl4/ZSM-5分子筛催化剂.结果表明La(NO3)3的加入对反应活性有一定程度的提高,当加入La(NO3)3的量为5%时,二甲产率最高,为68.24%.当加入Sr(NO3)2的量为3%时的效果最好,二甲含量为77.63%.采用IR表征的结果与实验结果比较吻合.用量子化学计算对所得结果进行了理论解释.

FEBS Letters, EarlyView.Obesity raises blood levels of PAI‐1, a protein linked to metabolic dysfunction‐associated steatotic liver disease in people with obesity. In female mice fed a high‐fat diet, partially lowering PAI‐1 led to smaller subcutaneous fat cells and lower liver cholesterol, without changing body weight or insulin sensitivity.
