Study on the modified NaAlCl4/ZSM-5 catalysts —catalytic performance of the disproportionation of chlorotrimethyl and trichloromethyl silanes(NaAlCl4/ ZSM-5分子筛催化剂的改性研究)

前期工作表明NaAlCl4/ZSM-5分子筛有较好的催化一甲基硅烷和三甲基硅烷制备二甲基硅烷活性.本文通过浸渍法制备了一系列的用La(NO3)3改性及Sr(NO3)2改性的NaAlCl4/ZSM-5分子筛催化剂.结果表明La(NO3)3的加入对反应活性有一定程度的提高,当加入La(NO3)3的量为5%时,二甲产率最高,为68.24%.当加入Sr(NO3)2的量为3%时的效果最好,二甲含量为77.63%.采用IR表征的结果与实验结果比较吻合.用量子化学计算对所得结果进行了理论解释.

SR 58611A [SR 58611], a highly selective agonist for atypical beta3-adrenoceptors, inhibits intestinal motility. This (phenylethanol) aminotetraline sympathomimetic was originated by Sanofi as a potential treatment for irritable bowel syndrome but is now in development for depression. SR 58611A is currently in phase III trials for depression in France.

Dimethyl fumarate combined with cisplatin at subcytotoxic doses sensitizes cervical cancer toward ferroptosis and apoptosis through GSH restriction and p53 (re)activation

Dimethyl fumarate (DMF) reduces growth of HPV‐positive cervical cancer spheroids and induces ferroptosis in cervical cancer cells via blocking SLC7A11/Glutathione (GSH) axis. Combination of subcytotoxic doses of DMF and cisplatin (CDDP) further suppresses spheroid growth and drives cell death in 2D culture models.
